Location

Located right in the centre of Hanoi's Old Quarter, the hotel is surrounded by the most famous sights and historic spots of Hanoi. It is just a 2-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The Water Puppet Theatre, Hanoi Post Office, the cathedral, museums, the Night Market and Dong Xuan Market are some of the other attractions of the area that are all within walking distance. The Red River and Long Bien train station are both around 10 minutes away by car from the hotel and Hanoi - Nội Bài International Airport is roughly 35 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 60 rooms located in two 8-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The hotel has smoking rooms.

Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, a spa, a sauna and massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu.     We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Hang Be, and a huge part of that was thanks to Quan.The hotel itself is fantastic – great facilities, an excellent location, and spotlessly clean throughout.Quan went above and beyond to help us organise our onward hotels, arranged our Ha Long Bay cruise, restaurant reservations, and provided fantastic local recommendations.Nothing was ever too much trouble, for all the staff we met.     My partner and I had a wonderful experience at La Siesta Premium Hang Be. I relied heavily on reviews when deciding where to stay in Hanoi, and this hotel ticked all the boxes for us.The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Linh Pham was our main point of contact and was incredibly attentive, making sure our stay was memorable from start to finish.We booked an Executive Room, which was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. If I had to nitpick, the bathroom was quite small. It only had enough space for the shower and toilet, while the sink was located just outside the bathroom within the room itself. However, this didn't bother us, as the shower was spacious and comfortable.The buffet breakfast was okay, but we generally preferred eating out for breakfast. This hotel was in a great spot in Old Quarter.Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Linh, for helping make our stay such a great experience!
