    No thrills hotel with lovely staff.

    This hotel has lovely, friendly and helpful staff. It is a short walk to more the main part of town. It is definitely showing its age and needs some money invested in it. One of our hand towels had holes in it! Our room was quite big and nice to have a balcony but why the only one outside chair? Breakfast was adequate and again the staff were friendly. If you have mobility issues this may not be a good place for you. There is no lift and a steepish walk up to the reception area. The staff are happy to carry your bags for you however.

    This hotel is located in the heart of Sapa, just a 10-minute walk to Sun Plaza. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was lucky to get a room with a balcony overlooking Fansipan Mountain. The hotel staff are very friendly, speak English, and are very helpful. However, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so you'll need to take the stairs to reach your room. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, and cafes. The hotel's food options are limited, so we opted to eat out instead of the hotel buffet.

    We choose Suite & Superior Room. These room was specious, clean, stable hot water & with complete amenities.The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of delicious choices from Pho up to spaghetti..One time we have room service and dine in, also good and big portion.Staff were friendly & attentive to our needs.Thank you LaCasa!

    Every help and kindness was offered to my friend and I while staying at Lacasa Hotel, Sapa, including very early checkin and very late check out, lots of water and a voucher for a foot spa. All the staff including the dining room staff were very personable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The manager Anh was exceptional. Thank you Lacasa.

    room not at all like the photos, no hot water, stains on the sheets, leaky toilet, windows that don't close so lots of noise... this hotel has only its location to envy. We decided to leave after only one night, and the staff did nothing for us except offer us another room one floor down, even though we had taken the suite on the highest floor. Avoid this hotel, which will take your money no matter your stay. We would like to respond to your review as follows: About no hot water: Its not true, hot water at the hotel is always available and is supplied from the total hot water system. At the same time, there are many other rooms staying at the same time, and we have not received a response about hot water. We immediately received feedback from guests at check-out and found that the hot water system was still working completely normally. Leaky toilet: we checked the guest toilet and found no leak in the room. There is a very small amount of water from the bedroom air conditioner through the pipe leading to the toilet, they only appear when the air conditioner is turned on. The bed sheet is stained : We have checked and found no stains on the bed sheet. We look forward to receiving photos of this incident. The room is not like what they offer on your booking website (different balcony, less windows...) The window and balcony of the room are exactly as the picture of the room. We dont see a difference here. During our stay, we received absolutely no requests from guests. Only until 12h00 on May 26, 2023, guests asked to check out. Our front desk department informs that customers wonder about the value-added tax and service charge at check-in, card fee (customers change the form of card payment in cash to avoid this fee). Moreover, when we received the information you wanted to cancel the room, we offered to change a room of the same class for the guest. Please rest assured that your constructive comment has been shared with our Head of Departments to review and continue our improvement.
