    Untrained rude staff,worst food,dirty rooms,reception lady is sitting there to only rip off your pocket ,if someone is vegetarian the only option is stale fruits in breakfast,rooms are dirty,water is leaking everywhere is washroom ,the only good thing about this hotel is location

    Nice hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room was spacious and totally sufficent for my wife, three kids (10 months, 3 and 6 years old) and me. The bathroom has grown a little long in the tooth, but in the end still acceptable. The included breakfast was ok, but due to the limited space, there was little choice.The staff was really gentle and attentive and gave us a lot of useful hints on Hanoi. As the hotel is located in the old quarter all important sights and also the central railway station are in walking distance (20 minutes by foot, but exhausting when you have luggage). Additionally you will find a huge number of small supermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. Last but not least, the WIFI is working good.All in all we had a really a good time and we would stay at Little Diamond Hotel again.

    The best thing about this hotel is the location, so easy to walk everywhere and right in the hustle and bustle of old quarter. Room was not ver big and did not have window. Hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was very average with not a lot of choice. We had a problem in that we booked a pick up from airport and had this confirmed by email nobody turned up so after a long wait had to make our own way to hotel with taxi. We even got the information desk to phone the hotel and they were told that we were not on the list! When we got to hotel man at the reception desk said driver forgot to go to pick up. Later on we spoke to a lady at reception who said that driver went but could not find us! So which version is true? Anyway the rest of the stay was pleasant enough and staff were friendly and helpful.

    Great location in the old quarter, with full on Hanoi buzz from the moment you walk out the door. Nice rooms, with big, comfy beds and good bathrooms with plenty of hot water when you want a shower. Excellent breakfast, with more nice food than anyone could eat and help-yourself tea & coffee, in a comfortable dining room. Spotlessly clean throughout. Best of all, excellent service from lovely people, as efficient as they are friendly, for whom nothing is too much trouble. Great value for money, highly recommended!
