    A strategic place accessible to to eateries and shops. Breakfast offers a limited spread. Provides 2 elevators for guests. Porters are heloful

    Stayed her for 5 nights. The staff were going out of their way to have good customer service. Btw you can ask for North American bacon for breakfast even if it's not out. The front counter staff were very helpful finding restaurants and even arranging delivery of food to the room after hours. Will definately stay here again.

    I stayed for almost a month in this hotel and found it to be very pleasant.The hotel is very well maintained and the staffs are always smiling and ready to help.Food is also very delicious at there roof top restaurant.I would strongly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Hanoi.     I stayed in deluxe room for a week in April. The room is quite clean, so it made me comfortable. The only drawback is that outside is sometimes noisy because of construction.
