    아마 10번째 방문인가요? 오랜만에 롯데호텔 하노이를 다시 방문했는데, 처음부터 끝까지 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.특히 Assistant Club Floor Manager Linh Nguyen님께 꼭 감사드리고 싶습니다. 예약 이후 체크인 전 안내부터 숙박 중 응대, 체크아웃까지 모든 과정에서 항상 친절하고 세심하게 응대해주셔서 더욱 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 따뜻하면서도 프로페셔널한 서비스가 정말 인상 깊었습니다.덕분에 이번 하노이 여행이 더욱 특별하게 기억될 것 같습니다. 왜 많은 분들이 롯데호텔 하노이를 추천하는지 다시 한번 느낄 수 있었고, 다음에 하노이를 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 숙박하고 싶습니다.좋은 추억 만들어주셔서 감사합니다.

    Wonderful Stay in Hanoi

    My wife and I arrived at Hotel Lotte Hanoi after leaving home and travelling for 30 hours. We were greeted at the 59th floor Executive Club reception by Ms. Linh Nguyen and Ms. Ngoc Anh. These ladies were extremely helpful and assigned us a great room on the 58th floor.The service provided by Ms. Nguyen and Ms. Anh and their Club Team for our three day visit, was simply outstanding! Service level at this Club is the best we have experienced, compared to the many hotel executive clubs we have visited over many years of travel.Also extremely helpful during our last morning before checkout was Ms. Thanh (sp).Based upon our experience, we highly recommend the Hotel Lotte Hanoi and it's professional Executive Club Team. We would certainly stay at this property, when we return to Hanoi.

    I have a lot of good things to say but i will begin with thanking Mr Duong at the reception on 38th floor ..what an amazing guy.. he not only took great care of me and my husband but also helped in every possible way to get back our bag-pack which we forgot in the cab, on our way to the hotel…secondly i relished the food at the restaurant..being a vegetarian i was skeptical about getting veg food there but there were plenty of veg dishes for lunch..all the staff members are welcoming and hardworking, always smiling and very courteous.. the view from our room on 52nd floor was amazing…and cherry on top was the roof top bar which is also an observatory and u get a beautiful view of the entire city with great music…location of the hotel is amazing..ten on ten ❤️❤️ Lotte Hotel Hanoi, Owner at Lotte Hotel Hanoi, responded to this review Dear 384gunjang,Thank you so much for your heartwarming review and the "ten on ten" rating!It is truly rewarding to hear that Duong and our team at the 38th-floor reception could turn a stressful moment with your belongings into a seamless arrival.     I have stayed at the Lotte Hotel twice and the Lotte Residence 10+ times throughout the last 5 years and my experience has always been world class! The staff is incredible and they feel like family now! Everyone knows my name and they are always so kind and helpful. The manager Dennis is exceptional and the best employee I have ever worked with at any hotel in the world! I will never stay anywhere else in Hanoi.     We had a long weekend stay here to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. The Lotte is a fabulous hotel and although just away from the Old Town, a Grab Taxi is only around 50 Dong. Service 5⭐️Facilities 5⭐️Food 5⭐️The Club Floor and personal service by Linh (Assistant Mgr) and her staff Thuy were amaaazing. Even though she had finished her duty Linh stayed behind and sought us out to check on us. Its time for her to be a Manager 😉Don’t look elsewhere, just book your stay, you won’t regret it!
