    The services at Mandala Hotel and Spa Bac Ninh are good. I am really impressive with FO Team: Mr.Hải, Mr.Cường, Mr.Hiếu, Ms.Nhung, and Mr.Quyết , they organized room service and car arrangement for our company team to travel to project site very well.Also, Thanks Mr.Hà, the car driver for my team, he always came to the places in advance and wait us patiently and support alot with luggages.It is excellent to work with this Mandala .

    Thanks for Mandala Hotel and Spa Bac Ninh Team a lot!Front Office/Sales Team are hard-working, well-organized and really high-speed staffs.I am really impressed on their supports for car using service , which was really important for our business trips/ business meetings.And the Driver Team also really helpful, they are always well-prepared and ready for the trip in advanced, waiting for customers moving.Food and beverage/ room also got good compliments from my company members .Again, thanks for your huge supports!

    The most comfortable hotel in BacNihn, friendly employees and clean room like home. So many memories in here. I think I will recommend Mandala hotel to all. Thanks for Nguyen Thu Nhung, Hoai Phuong and Linh Nguyen.

    I had a great stay at the hotel and the outdoor swimming pool was very nice. The plus point for the sky bar is that there is a beautiful and eye-catching view overlooking the outside. Drinks are also very nice and delicious. Besides, there is one thing that everyone is very concerned about when going to use the service anywhere is the attitude of the staff. I appreciate the enthusiasm and sophistication of your restaurant supervisor Ngan and Trang. Thank you 2 for your attentive service

    Wonderful breakfast in buffet style including Asian food, like Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean food and Western ones. Their Vietnamese Coffee and beef noodle are also good trials for foreigners. The incredible experience is their restaurant supervisor Miss Vu Dieu Ngan always remembers to prepare my favorite coffee. Good Breakfast and Coffee make this hotel to be good C/P. Their Room is newly decoration, and also CNN news available. I like their bed, good for sleep. I always select Mandala Hotel to stay in this city.
