    Hotel was very comfortable, staff were helpful, breakfast was good. Would rate hotel 3 1/2 stars to 4. Easy walking distance to most areas in Hanoi.

    Not a great location. Rooms are big but old fashioned. Breakfast menu was good. Very rude staff with blunt response to even.small requests and they do not co-operate even a bit.     Incompetent staff, no one speaks English and none of them smile. What can I say about the massage? They offer special services and only offer a 1-hour massage even though we paid for 1.5 hours. Avoid it.     Breakfast buffet is extremlly good! Varierty dishes, good taste, nice restaurant and frendly staffs! Hotel locates in the heart of the accient Hanoi, easy to get by foot to famous places. In the picture is " Phở Hà Nội" with the rice noodle made by the chef of hotel! Really different, try it when you stay here.
