The hotel is very nice, opulent! But importantly is the Vietnamese hospitality displayed by the front desk staff, with particular mention to the duty supervisor when I check in on 6 Dec at 1930. Cleanliness is also noted, breakfast was fabulous. Overall, a wonderful stay! Great Location, Great Staff and Very impressive Hotel

Great location, with a short walk to the international port (we took day cruises of the bay instead of a multi-day trip) and a Highlands Coffee in the lobby. Laundry service was quick and reliable, and there are plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Highly recommended! Great place. Clean and great views

The hotel is loacated in a great location. The views from the rooms are beautiful. There is some renovation happening which did not affect my stay. I enjoyed the pool very much and during my 6 day stay I used it several times a day. Only problem is the loud nightlife but we are in a tourist city. When you get up in the morning, you can see the beautiful scenery of the entire Halong Bay. It is really a world heritage of mankind. At night, you can see a row of seafood restaurants in front of you. You can eat authentic Vietnamese taste at low prices. The rooms in this hotel are very clean and carefully organized. Renyuan has fully trained reception staff who are kind and patient.
