mrs. Thu is with friendly and passion service, polite and considerate attitude. this hotel I feel very convenient to live. there is a traditional market nearby where I can buy a lot of cheap fresh fruits. It's not far to the city center by taxi. I will recommend this hotel to my friends when they travel to hanoi. I like it here very much. Our family recently had a memorable vacation at Mường Thanh Grand Xa La Hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and perfect for families with young children. The amenities, such as the pool and restaurant, are very convenient and cater well to both adults and children.In particular, the staff here are very friendly and helpful. We were warmly welcomed upon check-in and continuously received timely assistance throughout our stay. Hotel is quite far away from Old Quarter but valued for price paid. The room is clean and equipped sufficiently with amenities needed.However the room is a little bit noisy on street side with traffic jam during peak hour so you should stay on the other side! The staff is very kind and hospitality is very good ..they helped us with the food options for Indians and gave us good hospitality...from cleaning stuff to manager everyone were very kind and hospitable...we recommend this stay in hanoi. A place quite far from the city center, I took a taxi to go quite a distance to get there. However, I work in Ha Dong District so choosing this hotel is the best. The hotel has many delicious menus, but I like to experience dining outside. I asked the Reception staff, they were very helpful, showing me some places near the hotel where I could walk a bit and experience Pho. I really like this dish.
