  I am very satisfied when choosing this hotel for a short business trip in Hanoi. The hotel has a beautiful space, rooms are upgraded for free and have views of the city. Breakfast is served on the 9th floor and the staff is very attentive. I will come back and definitely recommend this place to many people.   There is a very noise machine outside making it impossible to have a proper rest, and when I asked the guy on the front desk for a solution he said he can not do anything about it and instead he told me to play loud music or though luck, when I asked for a room change he said no, floor change also got a denial, and his solution was to play music loud on my roomWhen I said I can not sleep with noise on the background and that’s why the machine noise is affecting my proper sleep, he just simply walked away providing me no solution other than suck it up or play loud music Nature Hotel, Chủ sở hữu at Nature Hotel, responded to this review Dear Sir and Madam,I'm really sorry that the construction noise next door caused you an unsatisfactory stay during your last stay at the hotel. Regarding the above issue, we have also discussed many times with our neighbors about reducing noise when building during peak hours, but it is not completely thorough.   The hotel has a very convenient location with the some where nearby. quiet space is very suitable for all guests staying here.   Nice trip in HA NOI!

  We had a trip to HA NOI for a few days ago and we had knew the Nature hotel thru my friends, then we had spent 2 nights at nature hotel so it was wonderful, that is famous hotel with professional staff. We were warm welcome since arrive, my room is cozy with meticulous design and very clean. Breakfast was serves on top floor with nice view and foods have a lot of chosen, we like Vietnamese COFFEE….(Thank you Mr. Dam Rec, Ms. Dzung Rest & Ms.Van Anh - room attendant ).SEE All MY FRIENDS SOON….!
