    I hope that more people would stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, they helped me and talked to me with everything I needed. The room and the ciew is amazing. The food was also fantastic and I really enjoyed it!

    Very friendly staff which is the catch for the stay. Room is clean and standard. Food is ok and location is fine.Still under renovating for the new building, hopefully the place will look more proper.

    The first great thing is very friendly and hospitable staff. The second is affordable price if you want to finding confortable and convenient hotel. The third is various breakfast and it is changed each day. Close to the my dinh and korea area that is my office. They were taked best care of my healthy because i were sicked that time. I love vietnam and ping hotel.

    Friendly helpful staff members, but rooms that need renovation

    We booked it via booking and on the pictures it looked lovely! The staff was really really friendly and helpful they even packed us breakfast when we left at 6am for a trip to sa pa! The food in the restaurant was ok but nothing special! If you book this hotel keep in mind that it is far away from the centre of the city and the old town! It takes 30-40 minutes with a motorcycle taxi to get to Hoan Kiem lake!

    I am trying to find only one positive thing other than the kindness of the staff but could not. It says four stars hotel but was surprised to find it worth one star only compared to four star hotels in Ho Chi Minh.
