    This is a highly recommended place to stay when you're in Hanoi, Vietnam. The rooms are big, service is good with the hotel employees very good at communicating with foreign guests as they're good in English. Housekeeping is good as they're service is fast. It is also strategically located as there are lots of nearby convenience stores where you could buy essentials like food, soap, toothpaste and others. There is a washing machine in the room and when you want to wash your cloths you can request laundry soap from housekeeping as well.

    Very disappointed with receptionist staff (Thu) simply reject a request from guest for two additional free bottle of water to the room . A cool cold answer that " we only serve two free bottle water per day ". You can do better as a 4 star hotel . First time experience with this.     This is my first time visiting this hotel in Hanoi because it is very close to my work place. The access road to the hotel is slightly narrow, but the room is spacious and quiet. There is almost no noise when sleeping at night, and the view is great. The breakfast is Japanese-style, quite rich and diverse, and the dining environment is also great. The gym and PARTY ROOM on the top floor are also very good. In addition to exercising, children can also read here, and business people can work a little. The service staff are also quite friendly and polite. Overall, considering the price, it is really the best accommodation choice in Hanoi, and I will definitely come back again in the future.

    This Hotel is top class. It is modern and very clean. Check in and out is so easy . All the staff is helpful and friendly. English is spoken at this hotel. The gym is well equipped and there is a lovely pool. The breakfast is sufficient and there is a good variety of foods. The room is very clean and is equipped with all you need including an excellent TV package.

    Excellent Serviced Apartments with modern amenities

    The apartments are excellent and well equipped. The staff are friendly and polite. All the amenities are modern and the apartments are spotless clean. There is only one restaurant in the building and the food choices are limited (Japanese). Breakfast served at the hotel is excellent with great choices of food.
