    Having stayed at this hotel June 2025 we had no hesitation in booking it again when we knew we'd be visiting Hanoi earlier this month. In a nutshell we couldn't have hoped for a better experience.When we first arrived we were greeted by very friendly reception staff who were ready for us to check in. The reception manager (Mr Ichi) showed us to our room which we couldn't fault. (A balcony would have been nice)Next day at breakfast we were greeted as though we were family by a very friendly young lady, then the Restaurant Manager (Miss Sophia) came to greet us in person. She ran a very efficient restaurant ensuring all staff were very attentive to the customer needs.Later in the day we met a young lady from the sales department (Miss Jane) We had met her last year and she knew we were arriving and made it her business to find and welcome us back.A couple of days later I booked a massage with a young lady (Miss Vy) who gave a very professional service.( I regularly have a deep tissue massage at home and I wasn't disappointed with the service she gave)All of other staff, to numerous to mention by name (reception, housekeeping , food & beverage, maintenance, security, car parking) all added up to a great holiday where you we were well catered for is all held to gather by a General Manager (Mr Peter) who ensures only the best is good enough for his guests.While they should all be given Employee of the Month Award I'd like to recommend Miss Vy for the Employee of the month award, not only because of the quality of her service, but she works very long hours.     Great Holiday Experience.

    We had been told about this hotel, so decided to visit & look around the place before booking it. We were met by the General Manager who happily showed us all around the various types of rooms & facilities & made us feel very welcome.The staff all wore uniforms so it was clearly visible which department they worked in, but irrespective of the department they were all very pleasant & courteous, with at least a basic understanding of English with a large percentage having a good standard of English.This is a four star hotel but far better than five star hotels that we experienced elsewhere during our holidays.We were really impressed with it that we have already booked directly with the hotel for our visit next Spring.As previously stated about how impressed we were with the staff We would like to give a special mention to Mrs Lan Anh, Customer Care Staff.     The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable and helped us choose the perfect dishes. The menu offered a great variety of local and international cuisine, all beautifully presented.What really stood out was the attention to detail and the high level of service. The staff: Huyen,Nga, Xuyen was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.
