    Went to Hanoi for a few days and wanted a hotel to stay which was in close proximity to the city center..Silk Queen Grand hotel ticket all the box.We got the express bus from the airport because we were in no hurry and was even early for check in.The bus fare cost us 35 dong each anf it was very comfortable ride.The bus stop was less than 2 minutes walk to the hotel.When we got to the hotel check in was smooth and quick and we even got to check in early no fuss at all...We had a lovely couple of days at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was exactly how I would expect a 4 star hotel to dish up breakfast..We didn't had a change to use the pool but it did looked inviting

    This is a perfect location beautiful hotel The most friendly, hospitable and helpful employees and also with a smile. You receive a complimentary drink with a snack. breakfast large selection cook to order eggs, fresh fruit, bread I could go on and on. Walking distance to train street . Hop on hop off bus, shops and restaurants. Friday night market was so close.

    This place is ideally situated. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot. It might be a bit tired, however it’s is value for money. The staff are caring and attentive. Young lady (Andy) was most helpful. I will definitely consider this place when I return in March 25.

    The photos do not represent this property, it is much worse ! We moved rooms as the first one was terrible. The second one we paid for an upgrade and although it was bigger, it was incredibly noisy. The fridge didn’t work, nor did the air dryer. We wiped the floors they were filthy and the bath was dirty. The breakfast was very average. The hotel is very tired. Staff did their best and were lovely. Went to the rooftop bar,lacks ambience only on a there. For a reason … Only thing going for it is the location.

    Whilst not an upmarket hotel, the basics were provided and the staff are super friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is more than adequate. Location is excellent, with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking istance.
