    Our family of five stayed at Soleil Boutique Hotel in Hanoi from June 1–5, 2026, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish.The greatest strength of this hotel is its people. Every member of the staff—from the front desk team to the dining room staff and housekeeping—was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel more like honored guests than customers.The food was amazing every single day. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious options, and every meal was prepared and presented with great care.     I was previously here in 2022 when it was pretty new. I was again in the same room. Great view from my room. The room was in exactly the same condition as in 2022, not showing any age. The staff go the extra mile, they all have great customer service skills. Didn’t use the pool as it’s up a stairway. The reception staff were amazing at sorting out some issues for me, from organising transport to Mai Chau after the previously self organised transport fell through, to speaking to a shop owner about my luggage repair, and taking delivery of items I ordered and speaking to the supplier on my behalf. I love this hotel.
