    OMG, TERRIBLE place to stay, I highly recommend that you DO NOT stay here! Stayed in atleast 30hotels now in Hanoi, and this was the worst by far! It is a One Star, not 3 or 4! The pool was 1/3 empty and dirty! There NO roof top bar! Gym, poorly equiped. Room was dirty and the fridge NOISY! I can not believe that I choose to stay here, just crap.

    Hotel is located not far from the lake and night market (Friday to Sunday nights). Plenty of restaurants and shopping places nearby. Easy to get Grab from here. Swimming pool at rooftop. Room is nice and clean with tv. Breakfast is ok, offers vegetarian options as well.

    We stayed 2 nights split by a Halong Bay overnight cruise. Calling here 4 star is a bit of a stretch.First room drain overflowed in shower.Second room fairly pokey also but ok for an overnighter. Location of hotel is right in the thick of the action

    This is a 3-star hotel strategically located in Hanoi Old Quarter. - Rooms are generally big and clean, however, the bathroom ceiling of the room I got was dirty. - no house keeping after 6pm- on 2nd day my bed was left with only a duvet - no cover and no one could assist - TV in my room had no English channels even after I made a request.- evening receptionists are young girls with no experience - electric switches in the room are dirty - breakfast is not for westerners - no variety. Not even brown / healthy bread options - walls are thin, you can hear everything that is happening in the passages -

    DO NOT STAY HERE!TOTALLY FALSE description, Silk Queen is NOT a 4 star hotel! They show photo's of a a roof top bar (and yet it was closed years ago), shows a pool, but it is half empty and dirty. Even the photo on trip advisor is totally wrong, it is not like this trust me.The fitness centre is poorly equipped.The room was ok, TV only has 2 english channels and sometimes doesn't work. Fridge is noisey, and cleaning could be better. Front desk speak limited english. I have stayed at atleast 25 hotels in Vietnam, this was the worst!Location was good, bit noisey but it is one of the main streets.
