    Super hotel , great location . Very friendly helpful staff .A special massive thank you to Ha Van Hai , a credit to the hotel and who should be congratulated. He helped us out when our tour operator could not be contacted.

    I stayed in two rooms at this hotel. First room on 5th floor was good. Everything worked and it was exactly what you would expect. The second room was on 4th floor. There wasn't room to lay out two suitcases and you had to have all the very bright overhead lights on or none. But the biggest difference was the shower. Water pressure was so little you couldn't wash your hair or even get soap off your feet. It dribbled. Soap dispenser was broken and they didn't have any alternatives when asked. If you stay here choose 501 or 502 to be sure things work. Breakfast is the same each day but good. Staff can be friendly but others are quite dismissive and not helpful at all. Quite a bit of traffic noise but it seems to stop when bedtime. It is about a 39 min walk from old Town and 40 min walk from train station. Lots of good food around hotel.

    Its a decent place at budget if you may. Though for vegetarians you'll have fruits, 2 juice options and bread as breakfast. Oh and Vietnamese coffee which is good (provided you know how you like your coffee). The staff is pretty friendly and helpful too. You'll have someone there 24hours.

    I’m so glad I found this hotel during my trip to Hanoi last January! Originally, we were booked at another hotel for five nights, but due to the unclean room conditions, we decided to look for a better option. As my friend and I walked around the area, we came across Thang Long Espana Hotel and spoke with An, who was at the reception. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, and since she spoke good English, communication was smooth. She even allowed us to check the room before making a decision and kindly offered us a special rate. Her colleague, Huyen, was also wonderful—she gave us great recommendations for restaurants and must-visit places in Hanoi. Throughout our stay, our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and amenities provided. Our package also included a delicious and filling breakfast for two, which was a great way to start each day. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality of An, Huyen, and the rest of the Thang Long Espana Hotel team! Kudos to you all, and more power to you! 😊
