    What an amazing hotel, a special shout ouf to Lily who went above and beyond. She was like our own personal concierge, I left two items of clothing in my room and she went above and beyond to get them back to me!☺️ such a superstar! Rooms were modern and breakfast was a must too, the only place to stay in Hanoi!

    The location is absolutely convenient, many shops are within walkable distance. Bed super comfy and breakfast is amazing.The staff is professional especially Lily the concierge, she is very enthusiastic, good English and very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work 👍

    Nice modern hotel. Very good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. We were on 8th floor with city view. It was very noisy. The rooftop bar was next to our room. Also the daily city announcements can be heard loudly.I think would be better on a lower floor and not on city side. Rooms with no window may be better.

    This hotel is OK. It probably needs a renovation or refresh as its a little bit worn around the edges, particularly in comparison to other similar hotels in the area. But our room (Deluxe) was a good size for Hanoi. The location is excellent. P.S. Beware if staff recommend 'Mama Bread' banh mi stall for lunch - its very popular and you will waste a lot of time waiting!

    Lovely hotel centrally located with incredibly helpful staff. Very clean and has great amenities. Bed was very comfortable and the room had plenty of space for my friend and I to spread out. Would return anytime. Really appreciated how central the hotel was.
