    The service was outstanding; the hotel staff were incredibly attentive and considerate, going above and beyond to assist us. It made our stay very enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring all parts of the vibrant city—just a short walk to the cathedral and the lake. Situated on the edge of the French Quarter, it's close to some amazing dining options. The lively old town is only five minutes away on foot if you're after nightlife. We also enjoyed the spa, which was incredibly refreshing and energizing. A big thank you to Brian, Do, and Johnathon for making our stay so memorable.

    The staff are amazing here ! They are super helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Willing to help out with anything you need.The rooms are super clean and spacious and air conditioned. Very necessary this time of year!!Handy to the Old quarter area and many bars and great restaurants close by too.The rooftop bar is fabulous with a pool for those who wish to cool down. Again staff up there are fantastic!!Breakfast is excellent they make a great omelette 👌. And the coffee ☕️ is superb too.If I ever come back to Hanoi this place it will our go to 🫶💝👌

    The hotel is in perfect position walking distance to the lake, shopping streets, and restaurants etc. the hotel, rooms, and sky pool bar were all amazing. The staff are exceptional- all very warm and friendly. Highly recommend

    I stayed solo at the hotel for 3 nights prior to joining a tour. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are well appointed and the sky bar and upstairs pool are a lovely retreat from the busy streets of Hanoi. The staff are exceptional - all staff are warm and friendly and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. This is especially appreciated when travelling solo.The buffet breakfast was great - a good selection and cook to order eggs, and soups.
