    A great budget stay with good amenities. Welcoming staff , great place around Da nang city centre. Hassle free Booking through Agoda , less price, more offers. Recommended for a budget and short stay . The hotel Owner’s Persian cat is awesome 🤩

    The accommodation itself was good, the staff were friendly, and the room was fine. However, under no circumstances should you use their laundry service! I handed over several pure white, very expensive clothes for their laundry service to wash. They washed my favorite white clothes together with my black ones, ruining them, and I can't get the gray color out of them; they've turned a dirty gray color. I asked them to compensate me in any way, but they did not. Do not use the laundry service; they will ruin your clothes.There are several options in the city where they will come to pick up your clothes and bring them back as well.The accommodation does not take responsibility for its services if they damage your valuables.

    Favourite place to stay in Hanoi

    Loved my stay at Tryst - I stayed at a few different places during my stay in Hanoi and was gutted I only found this on the last night. The team are honestly the best - so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond with everything. Helped me organise taxis, exchange money, visit the dentist, laundry - everything was done with such attentiveness and always a smile on their faces. The room I had came with a balcony overlooking the street which was lovely, the bed was huge. The location is great, walking distance to the old town and popular areas and lots of places to eat/coffee shops right outside the hotel. Thank you Tryst, I can’t wait to be back 😄

    DIRTY and no window in the room.

    No window in the room. Bad and smell Air condition, no fan in the bathroom. DIRTY and smell of cigarette everywhere. I Asked to change room but only paying an extra. Cancelled the reservation for the rest of the days and found another hotel.

    Stayed for two nights. 1.5 km away from Old Quarter. Easy to get transport to city center. I stayed in Balcony room on 3rd floor overlooking to street. Balcony always gives me an opportunity to indulge myself in their local cultural life. You can enjoy watching how daily life starts for people here as well observe how streets behave at late night. Unique. Not to criticize but rooms are not sound proof (not sure about other rooms) could hear people talking next room. Need guest slippers for bathroom. Cleanliness 3/5 points. Front desk language barriers at night but must say all the front desk staffs are very very kind and sweet. Ready to help, share, talk, guide. Full marks to front desk. I would sure stay here again ignoring snags which are not much important. Rather i will go for quality of how you been welcomed and treated. Do must try staying here once and share your experiences. Thanks.
