    Another amazing stay here!

    We have stayed at this Hotel in Hanoi twice now, and would not hesitate in coming back again. The Grand Hotel has changed its name to the Urban Alley Hotel, but that's all that has changed. The staff are super friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. The rooms have all been refurbished since our last visit two years ago. Our room was huge, had an outdoor balcony with great views, the bathroom was large and clean and the hot water was great. Prices were extremely reasonable and being in the Old Quarter, it was only a 15 minute stroll down to the lake and the tourist hub of Hanoi.We had a great time in Hanoi and recommend this hotel as gray value for money.

    Stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed it alot.The, staff were very friendly.And the breakfast was so good.Had multiple choices as to what to have.Room was very large and comfy.Quiet as it can be for Hanoi.Would def, recommend it on your choices to stay.The nieghbor hood us within walking distance to many places to eat and coffeee shops

    My partner and I started of our month travelling Vietnam at this hotel. We thought as it was our first place we would spend slightly more than usual just to settle in a little easier. Worth every bit we payed for, which wasn't even that much anyway. Had a nice Spacious room, good shower, plenty of cheap snacks and beverages if needed and the breakfast (included in the price) was awesome. Above all though, the staff were amazingly helpful and patient. They even managed to source us a great deal for ha long bay. If you want to do a hotel instead of a hostel while backpacking, this place is well worth a try.

    We stay 2 weeks in this small hotel. The staff is very helpful and make their best to have a nice stay. Very well situated, 7 minutes from the lake, 5 minutes from the railway station, 5 minutes from the Vietnam airlines to take shuttle to the airport, 10 minutes from the art museum.The rooms are nice and large. The hotel is in a small and quite street.Lot of nice restaurant and bar around : Puku, Kafé, Jams, Old Hanoi restaurant, Hanoi social club,...

    as i said value for your money fresh cooked breakfast to order hotel has lift quiet location near lake and old quarter good place to start your vacation from yes would return suitable for couples singles and the elderly
