    I am satisfied with my experience here, will come back here with my family. Very close to Hanoi city, near Noi Bai airport, easy to find the way to.Cool space with many trees and wide view of Dam Vac lake.

    The hotel facilities are quite beautiful and it is located by the lake.We were here with our company for a weekend summit, and we had pretty good facilities to do our work (Big meeting room, ok projector and sound system).The food was quite good though we always seemed to have too much.We lived in the villas next to the hotel, and they are very nice. Spacious and well equipped, though we did not have time to try the private jacuzzi or sauna.We will definitely consider this venue for future company activities.

    We booked 2 Villa rooms for my family. My wife, my son 15, my daughter 11 and I. Checked in on time and very well done. Room has only 01 key each, a bit inconvenient but fine. The room has private Jacuzzi but only turn on when I requested to reception/house keeping. Sauna also only switched on when we showed up. It took a few min before we can enjoy the services. Large pool on 1st floor and good. No parking allowed for guest under ground garage but I'm asked to park at open air grass front yard which is fine. No cutlery prepared at breakfast, no tea or coffee offer at breakfast buffet. Food is good with both local and international. Focus coffee has good beverages but staff are not welcoming. The hotel has a great view over Dam Vac lakeOverall, I grade this hotel/resort 5 stars for facility but 3 stars for services.

    Beautiful hotel and area. Lovely staff that understand hospitality. Excellent breakfast.Really enjoyed staying at this hotel, sadly it was only for 2 nights.This hotel has a lot of facilities and would also be a great choice for business conferences, parties or weddings.

    My stay here was amazing. The hotel had a special package that included dinner buffet ( WHICH WAS AMAZING) and a Pool Party!They had an MC and different performances, quite entertaining.The breakfast was delicious as well.The staff were very kind and helpful and a lot of them spoke English so we had no problems at all.The only problem because it was a holiday weekend was that the elevators were a bit crowded and there was no easy access to stairs, so we had to wait a bit to go up or down.The view from the room was pretty awesome, big wide windows and a lot of natural light coming into the room.The food.The breakfast, lunch and dinner were SUPER delicious! The food was so fresh and so tasty! A lot of high quality food and Delicious desserts.Quality service.The staff were very kind and helpful and a lot of them spoke English so we had no problems at all.Hotel room.The view from the room was pretty awesome, big wide windows and a lot of natural light coming into the room. My room overviewed the pool and the lake.Hotel in general.The hotel is quite big and it has a lot of green open spaces! They just recently opened a spa and the services are actually very reasonably priced.Also, they have this incredible underground Karaoke, it is so luxurious, but they have a limited amount of songs in English, but my friends and I really enjoyed singing the night away. They stay open quite late, so that's good if you want to have a good night with your friends.I think they should have some water activities such as pedal boats, snorkeling or kayaks, that would make this resort even better. It would be nice to be able to rent bikes to explore the are around the hotel.
