    I was delighted to be given the same room I had stayed in before. It has been very well maintained—spotless, comfortable, and elegant—and the front desk staff were consistently friendly and attentive.

    How people can complain about this hotel is beyond me. The staff are welcoming, respectful and efficient. The food is very good and the rooms are great.Free upgrade to 20th floor with a bay view exceeded all expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it’s wonderful.

    Was here for one night on a work trip. Therefore the location was not so important to us, however the view from the hotel and rooms of the bay were very beautiful.ProsLarge sized bedroom facing the bay on the 17th floor. Very comfortable bed, large bathtub and shower.Friendly staffVery good breakfast selection for westerners ConsSwimming pool had no towels When swimming in the morning the maintenance team showed up, clearly wanting to chlorinate the pool, even though the opening hrs for customers to use it had commenced. After loitering for 10mins they then proceeded to start setting up to clean even though I requested they waited 10mins for me to finish. Thar results was ignored and they started putting the tubes into the pool to commence cleaning meaning I had no choice but to abandon my swim. Seeing how frustrated I was with this, the staff then pointed to the 2nd pool, which has a graduated incline with steps going down therefore you can not swim full lengths like you can in the upper pool. This was very poor customer service by the staff who really should have maintenance cleaning scheduled in before the pool is open to customers to avoid this
