Location

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, 100 metres away from Ben Thanh Market and near the 23/9 Park and the bank and financial centre. It is a very convenient destination for business contacts, staying, visiting and entertaining.

Facility

10 suites, 20 single rooms and 20 double rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Other services include a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. Daily newspapers are available for purchase.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms include a double bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products.

    located in very convenient street from where you can easily access to main points of city. Staff were kind of helpful, breakfast was ok in small room. Wifi was down sometimes but our room was comfortable enough. Price good too.

    Family run hotel good location, clean, helpful staff, slow wifi, basic breakfast. We are happy with our choice the hotel is clean and comfortable. If you want to save on hotel bills and spend the difference on food shopping and massages this is the way to do it. Small hotels are usually more fun than synthetic 4-5 star ones. More character and better feeling of the locals

    This was by far the best place i stayed in Vietnam - please note I am choosing budget accomodation and paid $25 per night at this hotel. On arrival I was upgraded to a room with two double beds and a bath tub, which was pretty nice.The towels were fluffy, the linen clean, the room was pleasantly organized. All staff i dealt with was friendly and helpful. I sent my clothes for laundry and they came back sparkling clean and smelling really nice ( I had some bad experiences in malaysia where they destroyed my clothes).The breakfast is very varied and includes western and asian options.From this hotel you can pretty much walk to most tourist atractions.I was delighted with my accomodation!PS If you are booking a tour, walk down to a cheaper hotel or a travel agency - their tours seem to be at least $10 more expenseive then the others ( and in most case it means double the price).

    This hotel is in a great location but the staff and services are pretty average.Upon arrival we were checked in and escorted to a standard room although we had in fact booked a deluxe room without any explanation given. When I went down to enquire, they said that there we NO deluxe rooms available, no refund was given but we were offered a drink from the minibar (which had an extremely limited choice).The breakfast room was too small for the number of rooms so became a bit of a scramble. The deluxe room was however comfortable and the wifi was very fast.

    Since my last post earlier this year I did not comment on my stay at Thuan Thien Hotel back in February 2011 so I just want to write a little something. Overall the hotel is clean, good value, great location and has free wifi internet- to me these are some of the most important ammenities that I look for in a hotel. Second important is TV & breakfast buffet included which this hotel also have. The rooms have a nice good size flat screen TV and an ample breakfast buffet. If you rather not eat at the hotel then there are many food stalls outside plus Benh Thanh Market is like a couple of blocks away and inside the market is a good amount of vendors to eat and to shop. Noise to me wasn't too bad I stayed at one of the higher floors also I'm kind of use to it. This is Vietnam after all.Vietcom Bank is not that far down the road (walking distance) if you need to certain type of foreign type of transaction, which I find very helpful because Vietcom Bank is one of Vietnam's international type bank.I will travel to Vietnam again in December and will definitely stay a few days at Thuan Thien Hotel during my trip.
