    It is a good place to live. We booked the rooms twice. Clean, nice, good staff. Very conveniently located. Very close to Benh Thanh market too. All the required facilities are around the hotel. I book again if go.

    Past its best, not a good choice

    The hotel is, to put it kindly, past its best and in desperate need of refreshing. The landings, rooms and furnishings are dated. Worse still, in the rooms we stayed in the noise from the street was loud and disturbing. We changed room because of this only to discover that the new room was underneath the mechanics of the air con system on the roof. That started and woke us around 5am - avoid the 8th floor at all costs. Our next room was on the 6th floor. Here the window was broken and didn't close. We asked if they could fix it, but we had no reply so stuffed some cushions in there to try and deaden the noise of the nightlife and traffic. On the plus side, location is good, but there's lots of choice in the area - quite a few of the also called A&EM - so have a look around for something better. Oh, and there's a small pool on the roof but it too is past its best and looks like it's part of a derelict night club.

    Terrible place to stay!!! Please be careful when you make a reservation or stay at this hotel. On 07/27/2022, I left $240 in a safety box and I took the picture how I placed it. The next day, which is 07/28/2022, I left another 11 millions (Vietnamese's money) in the box and $240.00 still remain at same position. On 08/01/2022, I couldn't opened the safety box with my passcode. I called the front desk for assistance and there's a guy came up with his key and opened it. Basically, they have the key to open any boxes. Unfortunately, my $240 is not at same location and of course someone had accessed it. Someone had stole $50 in US and $1.5M Spoke with the manager, showed him the picture how it looked before, requested to view the camera for footage, but he did not allowed me the see it. He said they will take a look to see who came to the room and go from there. Do you think they will point out who took my money or they will keep it behind the door for their reputation? I'll let you determine it.Thank God, I found another hotel to relocate. It's lil more expensive but for a peace of mind, I need to go.. Who know what else they gonna take...

    The first one, the location is very convenient for shopping, dinning. The room is clean and bed is comfortable, air conditioner is good.     So for starters. There is no pool on the roof. It's now turned Into a night club. The gym is across the road in another a & em hotel. The bed was so springy, it was unuseable. I complained. They were very nice. Gave us 15% discount on a tour and free airport transfer. New room was better. Buffet breakfast was good but you needed to be first in or there would be nothing there if busy. Hotel is well situated. Staff were friendly. Would rather pay a little more for a better hotel.
