  Unique With A Classy Feel

  Stayed here for 2 nights for work since other Marriot properties during my time I was there was going for over $300 a night which is ridiculous. Overall a nice unique boutique hotel with a classy feel in the room design. Breakfast was not as wide as other Marriot hotels but it was quite substantial and for me. The main restaurant was at the roof top so one can have a nice quiet breakfast in the comfort of AC while looking at District 3 comes to life. One downside as the others have reported is the flight of stairs one needs to climb to reach the restaurant. One nice thing is his hotel has all day coffee / tea at the lobby area for guests to savour but nothing additional for Elite Marriot Bonvoy members as in evening drinks or high tea since there is no dedicated lounge for elite members. Another thing is there is no real driveway for vehicles to disembark. One need to alight for the car at the main road n walk into the hotel through a walk way but there is a hotel staff / security at the front to assist.

  Amazing Hotel - but can’t go sleep early

  Hotel is amazing, new, modern with style. Breakfast is great. Bed comfy. The only issue is that there is a party place across the street, the music is super loud until 11:30pm. Vietnam is anyway not the most quiet country, but it is super loud. Weird that there is no one at the reception, they are sitting in some room at the back and come out after a while when they here people moving. If you have issues walking up / down stairs the hotel is not for you, elevator goes only up to the 9th while breakfast is on the 11th. Overall, I would recommend. Nice pool, small gym, tea, coffee, water in the lobby.

  Very elegant French-style hotel with excellent service and a charming pool view. The location is perfect—within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful swimming pool and a very nice breakfast to start the day.

  So much to love about Bach Suites. Where do I begin? We arrived very late because there were mechanical issues with the plane and immigration took 2 hours. We arrived at the hotel close to 9:30 pm. We were greeted by Mr. Bach. He has the same last name as the hotel name, so I had to make a joke about that. He was warm and very personable. We received welcome drinks and he explained to us about the prohibited fruits. We asked about dinner and we were surprised that the restaurant was still open and told us the location. He gave us our room keys and had someone take our bags upstairs. First impressions mean a lot, and we knew this was going to be great. We loved the room; it was large and beautifully decorated. We promptly went upstairs to the restaurant to the 9th floor and walked upstairs. What a surprise! There’s a pool on the rooftop, a bar halfway to the restaurant, a gym and even the stairway was beautiful along with view. We were greeted by Mr. Dahn who is so good at what he does. He explained the menu as a chef would and made recommendations and the way he succinctly described the menu made us ready to eat. He is so passionate and such a personable man, it’s easy to see why he’s there. He didn’t want all the credit, so he gave me the names of those who were there, so thank you Thuy, Thang, Trung, and Nghi. You are all kind, very congenial and so detail-oriented. We were checked on multiple times to ensure we were happy and that was obvious! That night we had the lamb, which had this beautiful crust and the duck was so delicious along with crispy fries and really nice cocktails. The second night we had beef, which was so tender and we watched the entire process! I could go on and on, but to have this high level of customer service (we did receive maps, advice on where to go, and were able to get an extension in our room for an hour).We were even chased as we were about to enter the vehicle to leave because I left some clothing in the closet.The only negative is the loud music that plays in the next building. Our room was on the side of it. It starts early and ends late. There are earplugs available to use. I used them the first night and fell asleep shortly after and didn’t use them the second night. All of the pluses, along with the room rate makes this an unforgettable experience and an absolute bargain.   Nice Little Boutique Hotel in the Middle of City

  The location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of action. Lots of restaurants and sights around. The service was super friendly. The room was very nicely appointed and reasonably clean. The water pressure was somewhat inconsistent -- a few seconds powerful alternating with a few seconds weak. It made brushing teeth and taking showers a bit challenging. The breakfast was great. There was a nightclub nearby which pumped out loud music till late. Not a big issue for me but could be for those sensitive to noise.
