    Stay away from this hotel at all cost

    Our stay at Khách Sạn Bông Sen Đồng Khởi was disappointing overall. To be fair, the front desk staff were helpful and provided good service during check-in, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, the biggest issue was with the breakfast dining staff. They were rude, unprofessional, and far below the level of service you would expect from a hotel of this standard, especially when compared to other hotels in the same area. On top of that, the breakfast food selection was limited and not nearly as good as we expected.It’s unfortunate because the hotel has potential, but poor staff attitude in the dining area really affected our experience. Management should pay closer attention to customer service training and staff professionalism.Sadly, this will be our first and last stay here. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

    The best thing about this hotel is its location; in the heart of the city, literally a minutes walk from the Saigon Opera House. Also, they have an amazing vegetarian restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, with many vegan options. The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed.

    Fantastic breakfast, location and customer services. The front desk and bell persons were fast and courteous. The lunch buffet was marvelous and tasty. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The view of my room was excellent.

    I have stayed at this hotel over 50 times in the lat 25 years. I will certainly NEVER come back! They gave me a room without windows, saying I booked this. NONSENSE. Bo late check-out, they claim they are full. Hard to believe!

    We booked a DELUXE TWIN ROOM WITH WINDOW, but very disappointed with the reality: a 2 star hotel room for low class people to stay: SMALL, OLD, RUSTIC, BATTERED, MOLD DEW SMELL. SMALLEST TV (PICKED FROM TRASH DUMBSTER 20"), OLD RUSTIC DIRTY WALL, PAINT, NO CHAIR TO SEAT, TELEPHONE OUT OF ORDER...All stock up to disappoint clients and dissuade others not to stay at this hotel ! My regret to book this one. Never recommend any others to come stay at this dumster !!! Not worth the money
