    Unkempt hotel needs maintenance

    The room was very shabby. There wasn’t enough plug points to charge our phone or to heat water in the kettle for the tea . They don’t put the luggage in the room had to do it ourselves . Breakfast also wasn’t good and had very limited options . Only good thing is the location

    Book at your peril, don't believe the fake reviews

    Did not get the room we booked, reception just said sorry not available. The room we were given was a cheaper room but we were not offered a partial refund. The hot water in the shower did not work. Breakfast was poor quality and cold. We were so unhappy that we checked out 2 days early with no refund. Got a surprise a few days later when we got a message from booking.com thanking us for our review, odd as we had not done one. On checking we had done a review leaving no comments but a score of 10 rating it excellent. On further examination of reviews it is obvious that this hotel has found a way to do there own reviews on customers bookings and using customers names. The vast majority of 10 rating reviews have no comments attached, informed booking.com but they we not interested. FALSE REVIEWS

    Proximity to the beach is great, just a minutes walk. And several restaurants nearby. Room cleaning could use some help, housekeeping not great at removing the dust. The room itself is fine with blackout curtains, comfortable bed , cold AC and plenty of hot water. The only downside were the unattended children at the pool. It would be great if management would enforce the pool rules. Other than that, pool was clean and nice to swim in on those hot days with plenty of sun beds, umbrellas and pool towels.

    Worst ever…+ 1.Hotel dislocation very close to beach2.Good Wi-Fi3.Clean swimming pool-1.Dirtiness all over the place 2.Unpleasent cleaning staf( They worked in the room during showering) 3.Very difficult to get closer to hotel with your baggage4.Location is slum. Near by hotel is graveyard 5.Staf is kind, but don’t speak English.6.After switching better room, we got it with the damage santechnickConclusion-very uncomfortable, poor and dirty.
