    Quarantine made bearable by amazing staff

    I was one of a group of 9 people quarantined in this hotel for 10 days from 13 to 23 March 2020. A crew member on our flight into Vietnam and been diagnosed with Covid-19 (we all tested negative by the way)I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing staff at the Cititel Central Saigon. We were all quarantined in separate rooms for 10 full days and nights and it was only the kindness and good humour of all of the staff that kept us from going completely crazy!! Particularly Dat, his smiley face and chat was a boost every day!Also the rooms and food were great. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home!! Unfortunately we did not have much time to explore Ho Chi Minh City before we were quarantined but the hotel was in a great position for doing so and was very clean and modern.I have nothing bad to say and will always be grateful to the staff for making, what was a horrible situation, much more bearable. Thank you

    Grand cititel central saigon is one of the hotel with very most accomodating hotel in Ho Chi Minh city in Vietnam because of the people who work in the hotel they give us smile upon entering the door. Specially kaye and ann. Who greet and accomodate us as well. They also give us correct direction near the hotel. Very well said instructions with a smile in their faces.     excellent rooms, over the top complimentary breakfast, The staff is very interested in all things to make your stay all you want it to be.... personable, helpful, customer service is their first and biggest concern!     The staffs (Anna and Kaka) are very friendly and super kind, and trying to satisfied what we need. You can speak English to communicate easily here. We chose the twin beds. The Room is clean too. The breakfast is also very verity in this price. I’ll definitely have a highly recommendation of this hotel to anyone!!     I've been staying at this hotel even before the name was changed to Cititel. I'm glad you kept the staff from the previous owners as I'm always happy to see them when I visit HCMC almost 3 times a year. Special thanks to Anna,the manager.
