    2-3* at best definitely not 4* …..

    rating09 Jun 2026

A disappointing small and dark room. It’s all tired and needs a revamp. The room was dark even with a window and not enough lighting, same for the bathroom lighting. The room was big enough for one of us to get in the middle between 2 beds or round one side and open the wardrobe, the pictures we saw made the room look bigger than it was. Same with the rooftop pool, small in reality. The shower is a climb into half size bathtub that’s higher than normal to get in and out, the floor gets wet due to position and size of the shower screen. No ventilation or extractor fan on the bathroom. Towels were tatty and frayed and more like a large hand towel size wise. Bedding- top duvet cover not changed in 5 days and bottom sheet changed day 3- bottom sheets didn’t fit the bed so mattress exposed….beds were comfortable thankfully. Had to ask to have shower gel topped up even having left the top off in the hope they noticed but no. 2 very small bottles of water allowed per day, no milk for tea or coffee. Towelling slippers left to wear had previously been worn- obviously worn so no mistaking that! The staff were polite, breakfast was ok. Great location but this hotel is most definitely NOT 4* . The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kenny on the door who speaks great English and always chatted to you when you left or returned to the hotel. We asked the staff if there was anything they could do to make our arrival special as we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary- not acknowledged in any way! Would we stay here again…..No …..would I recommend this hotel…….No.

    Very Poor Experience

    rating12 Jan 2026

We booked a confirmed room through the hotel’s official website, yet received no prior notice of any issue. After traveling from the airport and arriving at the hotel, we were suddenly told there was no room available. At the same time, another Chinese guest was given the same explanation. No compensation or alternative solution was offered, and the hotel refused to process a refund on site, asking us to handle it ourselves. This was extremely unprofessional. Given the repeated denial to Chinese guests, this experience raises concerns about possible discriminatory treatment.

One star at most - dirty, dark badly maintained rooms. Overpriced!

    rating27 Sept 2025

Unfortunately for us we had to book last minute as previous accommodation let us down! Wish had done more research though reviews are not realistic to our experience! The rooms are dark and the desk lamp did not work so could barely see anything. The safe did not work even after someone allegedly sorted it!The bath surround (grout etc) was disgusting ! The makeup mirror was splattered and dirty on arrival and not cleaned during stay! Towel rail and hooks hanging off wall. Shower gel and shampoo containers stuck to shelf at opposite end of bath to shower !!The floors were filthy and don’t use slippers to protect your feet as discovered they recycle them !! Lots of dust and bits everywhere and never cleaned- dropped an item which rolled under table and had to pick through dirt to retrieve 🤢!Breakfast varied but hot food like bacon etc was cold and items not replenished! This is frankly the most disgusting, disappointing hotel on our trip and overpriced for quality and facilities!

Tiny rooms, issues with insects - spiders and ants, moldy rooms, and bad wifi service

    rating26 Jun 2025

For our kid's summer break, we took the family on a 7 week summer vacation in Vietnam. We stayed at 10 different hotels. This was 1 of 2 hotels that we deemed were the worst. Walking into the lobby, it looked rather cool, calm, and peaceful. It was a ZEN moment... As we checked in, it was definitely not ZEN.Below contains our rating:1 - Location - excellent. It is in a prime shopping and restaurant location. Steps from Ben Thanh market and active areas within Saigon2 - Service - average. The front office staff was okay - we asked twice to have our room sprayed (due to ants and spiders), breakfast staff okay as well. compared to other hotels, it was average.3 - Room - OMG! This was such a horrible experience. We reserved for two rooms together on same floor (1 with 2 beds and 1 with 1 bed). They were only able to get us 2 rooms with 1 bed for the first and will switch the next night. We were fine with this. Here is the issue. a. Our first room was MOLDY!! It had black mold in it. The smell was bad. I debated about moving, but decided to wait to be moved to the next day. b. We moved to the "new" room the next day. The room was infested with ants and small spiders (crap!). We called twice to have them sprayed. They had to spray twice in two days. c. Another issue. The rooms are extremely tiny. The designed screwed up. They made this "ambiant" - zen like hallway that took up a lot of space. And, they reduce the size of the guest room. This was nuts. d. The shower is 1 meter high and there is a half glass door separating the shower. Painful to get in and out. In addition, when showering, it flooded the floors. Nothing worst than getting out of the tub without risking breaking your neck and getting on a wet floor. Horrible design.e. Wireless internet service is NON-existent! Horrible. We could not get any service whatsoeverOverall, we would NOT recommend this hotel. Tiny room, moldy, riddle with insects, bad wireless service, bathroom nightmare... NOPE! Stay away.

An affordable and easily accessible place in Ho Chi Minh City.

    rating06 Jun 2025

The hotel enjoys a convenient location near numerous scenic attractions and sightseeing destinations. Several points of interest, including the Cathedral and Ben Than Market, are within walking distance, and a metro station is conveniently located just 500 meters away. The area also boasts a variety of excellent restaurants. Transportation options such as Grab bike or car services are readily available and affordably priced. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness; while minor drainage issues were noted, overall cleanliness was satisfactory. Although my room lacked a window, this did not detract from my stay, offering the added benefit of reduced noise from street traffic. While the walls are not entirely soundproof, nighttime corridor noise was minimal. The hotel features a first-floor spa offering high-quality treatments from skilled and specialized therapists. The breakfast provided was adequate for commencing a day of exploration in Ho Chi Minh City. All staff, including concierge, front office, restaurant, spa, and housekeeping personnel, consistently demonstrated a friendly and helpful demeanor.
