    This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are spotless and well equipped. Guests receive bottled water and turn down in the evening. The attention to detail makes guests feel so welcome. The breakfast choice is fantastic and their beach BBQ is 10/10. Head chef always visible ensuring that food is replenished when low. Good value for money. Lots of activities in the hotel just check the screens in the lifts for what’s happening when. The pool and bathroom facilities are spotless. Fresh pool/beach towels are ready for guests daily. Lounges on the beach under the trees. What I loved most was the aroma of lotus oils that filled the reception area and hotel corridors which just made everything smell divine. Thank you to the hotel reception team, all the cleaning ladies, Jenny at the main restaurant and My for all your hospitality. We loved our stay! I can definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Phu Quoc.
