    We have just returned for our fourth stay at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, and once again it did not disappoint.The level of service here is consistently excellent, and it’s clear the staff take great pride in their work. A special mention must go to Mr. Long, one of the bellmen, who truly stands out. He is always available to assist, incredibly friendly, and speaks good English, which makes communication easy for our group.His professionalism and warm approach are a big part of why we continue to return year after year. Staff like Mr. Long make all the difference, and he is a real credit to the hotel. We were so excited when he did our airport pick up We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.     First (De Nhat) Hotel, highly recommended!

    Our family loved this hotel. We stayed here again for the 2nd year as a family of 6. The rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious. We notice this summer they did some upgrade with new carpet by the room hallways, new bathtubs and toilets which is a bonus! The staff (especially the gentlement in red uniforms) are incredible and extra helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet (love Vietnamese fresh yogurt) to die for. We will definitely come back to First Hotel on our 2027 vacay! Keep up with execellent service, First Hotel!!!

    lost sunglasses and found but not return to the owner

    Lobby is very noisy and the check-in a little bit slow. I stayed for 5 nights at a four star named First Hotel. I left my pair of $300 sunglasses on the table in the lobby. The next day, I talked to the front desk and they said that they found them and put them on a side. Now, they couldn't find them anymore. The Value and the Atmosphere are lost and untrustworthiness.

    Convenient Location and Excellent Stay at First Hotel

    We stayed at First Hotel because of its close proximity to the airport, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for our family. We booked six bedrooms in total — four in the main building and two in the second building. All the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a touch of luxury that made our stay very enjoyable.The location is also ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops — perfect for last-minute shopping before our trip back to the U.S. The breakfast buffet was another highlight: the dining area was large and comfortable, and the buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. It was so convenient not having to worry about where or what to eat each morning.Overall, we had a wonderful experience at First Hotel and would definitely stay here again for its convenience, comfort, and quality service — at least until the new international airport opens, when we’ll have to find another hotel nearby!

    I stayed here for a week, semi working, semi tourist. Comfortable room etc, friendly staff, especially the concierge who ended up giving me a hug at the end of the week !Buying a bottle of wine was like a major operation ... waaay easier to go to the little supermarket !What really lets them down, (in my opinion) is the food ... I ate there a couple of times, but wasn't to my taste. The best meal I had was off the laminate sheet in the room. Steak & mushroom sauce (does come with chips, although it doesn't say that !). Fresh pineapple for dessert. Including room service .... for ? under $10Still so many other great food choices around, it wouldn't put be off staying again.Little out of the centre, but easy GRAB ride into the city.
