    Consider staying at another hotel

    Although pictures in the website look great, The carpet at the hallway and room smells bad. Elevator fits one person with 2 luggages (like me). A little bit dark in the room because of few lights. Buffet Breakfast is more of snacks. Very few menu. At the egg station, they only cook sunny side up. No scrambled or hard boiled eggs 😅Staff is friendly but it is so hard when they cannot speak English well. They will only answer yes, no and i dont know. When thr answer is i dont know, do not expect them to help you. They will leave you hanging 😆Telephone in my room is not working.

    This hotel has done their renovation and the facilities are much improved. They have transformed their lobby to a nice cafe restaurant with good food for a reasonable price. Friendly staff.Well located.

    It was ok. There were some ok restaurants and cafes near by but the downtown city area was a 15 min taxi ride away depending on traffic. There wasn’t much of a view or night life in the area. It’s ok if you are staying for a few night no longer than 3

    Used the Golden Crown hotel in Saigon as it was close to the airport.Short stay but a good one. Cant fault it for the price. Would be happy to use it again. Had to pre order the breakfast as they were renovating their dining area. Dave

    Everything was good But they dont mansion check in time in receipt

    Hotel room was nice and tidy and spacious. Location was convenient. But I had two problems. I have booked hotel rooms online there was not check in time written in the receipt only date was written. When I went to the Hotel at 10am they said I have to wait until 2pm because my check in time is 2pm. I requested receptionist that I am tired travelling by long way from Sri Lanka to Vietnam. Cant wait till 2pm and there is not time written in receipt. So she asked me to pay extra bugs to check in. Also there were lots of bugs, fly and mosquitos on morning breakfast items. I noticed them but it was same next day two. So need to organize breakfast from somewhere else. Their breakfast is not healthy and even they put the lid on top even they show there are lot of bugs running over breakfast items.
