Worth every penny

It provided us with a spacious room and clean bathroom complete with all the amenities. The price was even lower than the nearby dorm hotel where you need to share the bathroom with everybody in the building. The staff were very friendly, especially Miss Sang. I recommend this place if you plan to stay in the District 1 area.

This budget hotel on the edge of the Pham Ngu Lao tourist area fronts on to busy Dong Cong Quynh so rooms at the front can be noisy. The 'basic' rooms have no windows at all, so are quiet, but have all the amenities: ensuite bathroom, aircon and cable tv. It is conveniently close to the Bui Vien nightlife strip.Staff are unobtrusive but helpful. Cleanliness is very good. No food, not even fruit, was provided at the time of my stay.

I certainly enjoyed staying at this hotel that I pretty much stayed here for nearly 7 weeks while I was on an extended holiday.The decor is pretty nice with wooden furniture and blue drapes in all their rooms. It gives the place a clean light earthy look. The rooms get cleaned every day and spacious and very affordable.The location is on Cong Quynh very close to Bui Vien St which is extremely popular with the tourists.Just make sure to book a room in advance during the holiday season as they get booked out quickly!

A low-budget, quiet hotel on a street of the busiest dstrict “Bui Vien” in Saigon. The hotel is very clean. Their attentive services make you feel personal, like at home. If you like walking, the hotel is within walking distance to many parks, shoppings, restaurants, historical places.
