    Amazing front desk staff

    Amazing staff on front desk. The staff were incredibly helpful. I needed to buy a new suitcase and have it delivered to the hotel. I do not speak Vietnamese and the supplier wanted to discuss colours. The staff took control and liaised with the seller to secure my case. They even used their own phone as I could not access local numbers. The can do attitude was superb and well beyond any reasonable expectation. Thank you. So impressed.     Exceeded expectations for an Ibis Hotel

    This is one of the NICEST Ibis brand hotels I've ever stayed at. Spacious lobby with a full-service Starbucks inside, VERY attentive and pleasant staff. Rooftop restaurant with views of the airport runway and delicious duck confit. Rooms are a bit larger than the standard. Two pillows on a satisfactory bed. Two bath towels--no hand towels or face cloths. One combination soap dispenser that is to do the work for your hair and body.I'd stay here again if in Saigon to/from the airport.     Spotless room with very comfortable bed! Many restaurants near by as well as a roof top bar. Around the clock shuttle service, very convenient to the airport.     A very handy hotel near the airport. Convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. Though you can walk [rough terrain over main roads] take the shuttle bus. Very convenient and only a 5-minute trip.     Airport hotel with complementary shuttle

    Decent for its location with an free airport shuttle (only to and from Terminals 1 and 2, those flying through terminal 3 need to get a grab or taxi to get to the hotel), but the hotel is subpar with very small rooms. Disposable slippers seem re-used as it wasn’t packaged.Only good for a short overnight stay if you have an early flight.
