Location

Located right on the sands of Phan Thiet Beach, this hotel provides a tranquil retreat by the sea with easy access to Ho Chi Minh City. The gardens surrounding the resort are among the most beautiful in the area, covering an expansive 2 hectares of land. Charm Tower, Fairy Stream, The heart of Ham Tien, Mui Ne Bay, Phan Thiet city and the harbour market are a few minutes' drive from the property. The train station is only some 5 km away.

Facility

The bungalow complex welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 78 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and golf are available. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym, billiards and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and a solarium. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options.

    Stayed here for 3 nights after a hectic tour of Vietnam and what an amazing beautiful place it is. The staff were wonderful and accommodation and food were top notch. The hotel Manager was very visible and loved to check that all our needs were being met.     A hidden gem

    Very cozy and quiet place, clean beach with beach bar, two outdoor pools. They serve a variety of local food, not too spicy and suitable for everyone. The rooms have wooden furniture, well designed even in the standard suites.There is definitely a well thought out overall design on the property, winding paths between houses and coconut trees along them create the impression of a secret exotic village. The staff is very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your stay.     Nice hotel, bad mosquito problem

    Lovely little beach resort with comfortable beds, good restaurant, pretty gardens and attentive staff.My only gripe would be the 20+ mosquito bites I left with after a one nights stay. While I don't blame the hotel for having mosquitoes per se, I do think they need to be more proactive in getting rid of them and protecting gusts. At the very least, I'd suggest nets over the beds. Anyway, nice property.     Bad Experience at right first step

    G review is right to give 2* only. I've had a little bit dout at first but finally it's true. At the first step of reservation, I have got bad experience with staff named Dung, she just tries to deny what she committed & avoid to fix issues she made. That's not the way of good service: unfriendly, unprofessional & not hospitality at all.

    The aroma beach hotel is by far the best hotel we had in Vietnam. Everything is clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, and the atmosphere is just amazing. The food is good, the sea is clear and just a few meters away. There are good restaurants nearby, an awesome cocktail bar and a few shops which are not expensive.
