This resort is located on Phu Quoc, right on the beach.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 72 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge). Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools as well as a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball and golf. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy kayaking, snorkelling and diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym and yoga. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and a solarium. The resort offers plenty of activities and entertainment options, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    No lighting around our villa and pool. (Long term problem)No privacy due to proximity to public road which was between our villa and beachfront.Swimming at night in the dark was precarious.Long distance to town and major construction nearby made walking difficult.Problems with shower (leaking rain shower) Problems with toilet (water on floor and cistern trickling constantly) I think better value could be found elsewhere

    I stayed at Mercury Phu Quoc Resort & Villas in May 2026 and overall had a pleasant experience.The resort offers solid service with friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are well-maintained and complete, including a good breakfast buffet and complimentary afternoon tea, which added nice value to the stay.The location is also a strong point, situated in a central area of Phu Quoc, making it convenient to travel to both the southern and northern attractions of the island.However, there was a small issue during my stay. The housekeeping team occasionally forgot to fully replenish in-room amenities. For example, although the room was booked for two guests, we sometimes received only one set of coffee and tea supplies.Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Phu Quoc, especially for travelers who want convenience and decent service at a reasonable level.     We stayed six nights at Mercury Phu Quoc Resort & Villas and overall had a very enjoyable stay.The room was a great size, comfortable, and well kept. The pool was definitely a highlight, nice and big and a perfect place to relax. The reception team were always friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.A special mention to Mr Khai Minh at breakfast, who took great care of our vegetarian requirements. He made the effort every morning and it didn’t go unnoticed, special thanks to him.Dining at the Romance Sea restaurant was generally good. The staff worked extremely hard, although at times things didn’t quite come together. On a couple of occasions, our food and drinks didn’t arrive at the same time, but we could see the team were doing their best.We also had a small misunderstanding at the pool bar regarding happy hour, which was resolved after we requested to speak to the manager.The hotel is right by the beach, which is lovely, and although it’s around 6 to 7 km from the nearest town, it’s easy enough to get around by taxi.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the effort from all of the staff throughout.
