Many commercial buildings, traditional boutique shops and entertainment venues are all around the hotel. It is 15 min to Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 74 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine.     Excellent location for exploring Ho Chi Minh City.Rooms are smallish but clean and adequate. Breakfast was good and staff were attentive.Reception staff courteous and very obliging in locating an iron for us before an early day trip.Roof top pool under maintenance during our stay, but looked small.

    Location is great. Easy to walk to places & markets. Room is out dated, bathroom good size but has a shower over the bath. No hand rails to support yourself. We spent 3nights & had to ask the staff for towels as the cleaning staff had forgotten to replace them on 3 occasions. Breakfast service the staff needs more training, though had plenty of different dishes & freshly made eggs to your liking made. Coffee was only warm. Pool was on the smaller size but was just adequate to dip your body in to keep cool. Pool service area needed a bit of prompting for a drink, shouldn’t have to ask twice nicely and they weren’t really busy at all. Towels for the pool ran out & weren’t replaced either. Also the pool was closed during the day due to painters wanting to paint the walls of the building for 2 days.Front reception was friendly, we had to wait for our room to be ready when first arrived as there was a problem with the air conditioning. Was given free voucher for afternoon tea, which was a nice touch. Overall could have been a better experience & hopefully the hotel updates the inside soon.

    Highly recommend! Everything worked great in the room. It was quiet even though we were on the second floor. Good blackout curtain, great air conditioning, comfortable bed, clean and the shower worked great. They provided a free water bottle each day and mini fridge in the room. The room was cleaned daily and towels refreshed. The buffet breakfast was included and it was amazing! Great coffee, juices, fruits, custom egg dishes and omelettes and hot items. The pool and Skybar are on the top floor open air deck. 2 for 1 happy hour from 4 - 8 pm. Great location in District 1 and only 20 mins from the airport.

    Great service, great staff, great food.Cold coffee at breakfast was the best compared to other places we had stayed at.Guest services seemed to be a little high, these could be at a better price.
