    Convenient Stay With Generous Breakfast

    Good value for a short stay. The dorm rooms are not very spacious, and the AC only works moderately well. However, the hostel is conveniently located, the wifi is reliable, and the breakfast is generous. It does the job!

    Very Different From the Positive Reviews

    We booked this property after reading many positive reviews and expected a simple but comfortable budget stay. Unfortunately, our experience was quite different.The room size was acceptable, but several basic issues affected our stay. We experienced problems with the hot water, and when we asked for assistance, the issue was not handled in a helpful or professional manner. On our final morning, there was also a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain.What disappointed us most was the customer service. We did not expect luxury, but we did expect courtesy and a willingness to help guests when problems arise.This property may suit younger backpackers focused mainly on price and location. However, mature travellers or couples seeking basic comfort and considerate service may wish to read reviews carefully before booking.This is an honest review based on our personal stay experience.

    Real GEM in this throbbing city as it is in a quiet location, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is tasty, and it’s really easy to leave your luggage if needs be. The staff are super friendly as well and efficient. Thank you Phan Anh Hostel for peaceful stay.

    Great service. Friendly staff. Clean, comfy rooms. Delicious breakfast. Great location. Very central. Right in the heart of district one. Close to Bui Vien Walking Street. Cosy, kind and laid back vibes from all of the staff. 🥰😊😇🥳☕️🍜

    Stayed here as part of G Adventures tour, Southeast Asia Discovery: Seasides and Street Food. Room was 3 bunk beds with private bathroom. Our room was spacious but others said theirs was tiny. Clean and comfortable rooms with lockers (lock provided on check in) and privacy curtains, reading light and power outlet in each bunk. Staff were fine. Good selection for breakfast. Located in a quiet alley, close by to the main tourist road.
