need to improve on buggy service , should apply number system so that it is allocated on firstcomer first allocated basis . there were times 3 groups were waiting for buggy , the people who came at last were allocated the buggy first then people waiting earlier. Stayed for a week, great hospitality & beachside property. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices . Indian vegetarian options are available in breakfast & they provide free shuttle to grand world & Airport. Lots of indian restaurants nearby in Grandworld. We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The surroundings were calm and relaxing, with lush greenery creating a peaceful atmosphere. The beach was stunning, although the waves were quite strong during our visit due to the season.A special thanks to Gun and Vitia, who made our experience even more enjoyable. I stayed here for 3 days and had a very pleasant vacation. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by plenty of greenery, and the beach is beautiful, although the waves were a bit strong during this season.Gun and Vitia were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They were always cheerful and willing to assist whenever needed.My child especially loved the swimming pool, which became the highlight of the trip.If I have the opportunity, I would definitely come back again.
