    This is not a 4 star hotel! Over priced and not in a nice street!Left after 10 mins and checked into another hotel! Room had no window and had a musty smell!Putting it down to a bad experience never to be repeated!

    I stayed at Roseland Sweet Hotel and overall had a good experience thanks to its perfect location in District 1, the fantastic rooms (with automatic toilets that I haven’t seen elsewhere), and the very polite and pleasing staff.However, I do feel the hotel management should seriously consider a few improvements. Firstly, the hotel alleys looked shabby, with utility items dumped around, which takes away from the otherwise nice presentation of the property. Secondly, the buffet spread could be better, especially with more vegetarian-friendly options for guests.The biggest disappointment was being charged 300,000 VND for a soiled towel. Honestly, that amount could buy several new towels in the market, so the charge felt exorbitant and unreasonable. I didn’t argue since it was my last day in Vietnam, but I feel such policies could upset many guests and leave a negative impression despite the otherwise good stay.I truly hope the management addresses these points, because the location, rooms, and staff are wonderful, and with some adjustments, this hotel could easily stand out as one of the best in Ho Chi Minh City.RegardsVaibhhav Rajhans Bhadbade

    It was one of the worse experiences ever. Normally I always keep the positive mindset that never complain other. But honestly speaking that I didn’t get sleep for whole night due to heavy sound of toilet or water pumping sound that carry on whole night. First from the beginning because of AC sounds I cannot sleep at all. So I decided to closed AC and tired to sleep without AC. Than water pumping sound as well roof top rooms sound effect my room that means construction of hotel sound insulation is very poor. We definitely not recommend that hotel since whole night eyes open up.

    Central location useful for getting around. Best thing about the hotel was the staff, they were very helpful,great staff particularly sweet and sun. The only criticism,the bed was noisy.
