  Great Location & Beautiful Infinity Pool

  Stayed here and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is well located, close to the beach, night market, and local attractions, yet remains calm and peaceful.. The infinity pool with sea views is a standout feature, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.A few minor drawbacks: vegetarian breakfast options were limited, a security deposit is required at check-in, and the checkout process can be a bit slow.Overall, a good hotel for a stay in Phu Quoc.   A great place to stay in the middle of phu quoc. Excellent rooms. Great food.clean swimming pool, professional spa. What could be missing?three things.One is the language. Except the front office staff(huyen tran is whom we interacted successfully),the restaurant staff, house keeping staff could not be communicated with due to language issues. We had to use a google translator.Secondly the breakfast had very little to offer to the vegetarians. Five night we stayed. Almost the same spread. Thirdly with over 20% of the occupancy coming in from India, we would have felt very wanted if one or two dishes in the breakfast were from this part of the continent. Otherwise full marks.   We’d love to say a big thank you to Ms. Haiah, who made our family’s stay so wonderful! She kindly answered all our questions and even set up a very thoughtful birthday greetings in our room—my birthday felt extra special thank you! 😊 Here in Phu Quoc, English isn’t widely spoken, so having Ms. Haiah around was such a convenient—she helped us and felt like we have met a long family friend here in phu quoc. The hotel sits centrally, close to everything, and makes catching a taxi or Grab convenient.Plus, the pool is amazing for snapping gorgeous photos! The beach is super easy to reach, the sand feels great, our room stayed spotless, and breakfast had lots of tasty options even on weekdays (though the menu stays the same if you’re staying for a while).   The hotel is suspected of stealing, and it's ridiculous to say that it's not allowed to leave negative comments. Seashells Phu Quoc Hotel, Marketing at Seashells Phu Quoc Hotel & Spa, responded to this review Dear Mr. Shihhua Yen & Mrs. Hsih Yao,We regret that your stay was overshadowed by the incident regarding your missing AirPods, and we must firmly clarify the facts:• On May 26th, you reported the loss. Our team immediately conducted a full internal investigation — re-checking your room, reviewing the day’s trash, inspecting the linen area, and opening staff locker rooms. Mr. Yen Shihhua was present throughout the entire process to ensure transparency.• That same day, you filed a police report. On May 27th, the authorities contacted you again and confirmed that they could not conclude theft, as the investigation did not provide proof against hotel staff.• Despite this, you continued to make repeated allegations, including posting multiple negative reviews from accounts not connected to your stay, and sending persistent messages across platforms. While we respect every guest’s right to share their experience, spreading unverified claims and defamatory remarks is harmful and misleading.We empathize with the frustration of losing personal belongings while traveling. However, we must also protect the integrity of our staff and our hotel.
