    Amazing hotel, service and staff. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment. The hotel was so clean, with beautiful views and great facilities to make our time there comfortable. Mr Tinh helped us with our luggage for a very early morning checkout and Ms Anh assisted us with an express checkout. Thank you to everyone at Sheraton Can Tho. We highly recommend this hotel when visiting Can Tho.

    Hello, My family and I had a beautiful stay at this beautiful Hotel. We want to give a special thank you to Hung, Kieu-Anh and Tinh who provided us with exceptional service. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel for your stay. We stayed in the river view rooms and the views are phenomenal, you have views of the river and part of the city. In the mornings there are a lot of boats on the river and they are awesome to watch. The hotel and rooms are very beautiful and the buffet and dining restaurants are excellent, the service is awesome. If you want to walk you can walk the river trail, the best times are the morning or afternoons when it’s cooler. Also there is a mall next door that is very convenient if you need anything. We all want to thank everyone at the hotel for taking care of us on our stay and if we weren’t going back to the United States this weekend we would have extended our stay. We look forward to staying here again.Thank you, William and Bebe…

    그동안 나는 리뷰를 잘 쓰지않았고 간혹 쓴다고해도 주로 영어로 짧게 적었었지만 이곳은 나에게 아주 특별한 곳이기에 조금 더 정확하게 표현하고자 한국어로 리뷰를 남깁니다.내가 이곳에 처음 숙박을 한것은 2023년이었는데 처음 숙박했을때부터 나는 이곳의 분위기와 직원들의 친절함에 완전히 매료가 되었습니다.처음에는 일때문에 방문을 했었습니다.하지만 그 이후 한해도 빠짐없이 시간이 날때 마다 일이 없어도 이 작은 도시에 방문해서 시간을 보내는것을 제 유일한 낙으로 여기게 되었습니다.이번에도 거의 모든 부분의 직원들이 친절하게 환영해주고 도와줘서 여전히 이곳을 나의 제2의 고향이라고 생각합니다.특히 FRONT OFFICE에서 일하는 Nương Quốc Tuần 과의 대화는 언제나 즐거웠고 이번에 딸을 낳아서 즐거워하던 Huỳnh Thái Hung의 모습도 보기 좋았습니다.그리고 언제나 저녁에 이브닝칵테일 시간이 되먼 나를 진심으로 환영해줬던 Club lounge 팀도 너무 감사했고 그중에서도 나의 여동생인 Amy는 끝까지 나를 걱정해주고 도와줘서 고마웠습니다.F&B팀 모두에게도 감사의 말을 하고 싶습니다.아침에 Mekong Buffet에 식사하러 갈때마다 항상 환한 웃음으로 친절하게 대해주던 모든분들께 감사합니다.특히 매일 맛있는 오믈렛을 만들어 주신 주방장님들과 저에게 깜짝 커피 선물을 주신 매니저Hung께 감사드립니다.당연히 하우스키핑팀도 빼놓을수 없을것 같습니다.제가 이번에 거의 한달 가까이 머물렀었는데 하루도 실수 하는일이 없이 매일 새롭게 시작할수 있도록 도와주고 돌봐줘서 감사했습니다.마지막으로 나의 가장 가까운 친구인 Phạm Công Phảt...나를 항상 다시 Sheraton Cantho로 돌아오게 만드는 가장 큰 이유이자 나의 형제~작은 호의로 시작된 인연이 어느새 3년이 지났고 그동안 나를 잘 돌봐줘서 너무 감사합니다.호텔 직원으로써 어떻게해야 고객을 더 도와주고 진심으로 대해야하는지를 계속 고민하는 이런 직원이 이 호텔에 있는한 나는 물론이고 다른 사람들도 Sheraton Cantho 를 계속 방문할것이라고 확신합니다.지난 3년동안 그랬듯이 조만간 다시 방문할것을 약속하며 모든것이 만족스러운 숙박이어서 감사했다는 말을 마지막으로 처음 작성해보는 리뷰를 마칩니다.

    Wonderful Hotel

    The Sheraton Can Tho is a wonderful hotel, a really nice place to stay. This was our second stay here. Everyone on the hotel’s staff is pleasant and targets making a guest’s stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The views are wonderful. The hotel’s restaurants are excellent. We especially like the Saravan Restaurant. In sum, we really like this hotel! Especially helpful people at the hotel include Thanh Nguyen, H. Hung, Venn and restaurant waiter Hieu Nguyen. But there are so many more. No wonder it’s the best hotel in Can Tho!
