    Excellent option in Ho Chi Minh

    We had travel from Hanoi south through Vietnam and our final stay after three weeks was in Ho Chi Minh ,we chose the Sila Urban Living Hotel, on the edge of district one,near the business district.The initial feeling of the hotel was how good is this ,we were up graded the Executive rooms which had fully fitted kitchen ,large bath room with a huge walk in shower recess.Our two previous hotels had the awkward stand in baths with a hand held shower .The room was presented in immaculate condition ,towels nice and soft,we had rooms 507and 508 which over looked the pool.The hotel was fitted out with a gym ,sauna and spaThe buffet breakfast was only just,some of the cooked food were only lukewarm,the Pho and egg station was disappointing.But overall the hotel was very good possibly the best of the four hotels we stayed at.The staff were very good and extremely helpful.The shopping in the immediate area was not that good but from an Australian point of view the Vietnamese Grab transport system is unbelievably fantastic.They arrive in a very short time and the cost is hard to fathom,so you could go any where for a nominal cost.Back to the Sila Uban Living hotel I can highly recommend looking for accommodation in Ho Chi Minh.we had a Luxury Escape package ,breakfast ,one lunch and cocktails each inch.great place to stay

    Lovely spacious apartment in a well appointed and serviced block.

    Excellent serviced apartment, decent French restaurant on ground floor. Studio spacious and well appointed, ground floor pool and gym open 24 hrs. Great reception service, laundry room for apartments without a washing machine. Very good value for money in a cool District 3 neighbourhood.

    I stayed here with a group of 17 people from 19-21 of February 2026! It was an amazing experience:- good location - about 1 km away from Independence Palace, about 2 km away from Old Town of Saigon- reasonable rates (even if we stayed during TET)- nice reception, restaurant and SPA- incredible helpful staff (manager, receptionists, waiters)- big rooms but they some refurbisment. Also in one of the rooms we had some bad smell but the situation was solved very quick.Really reccommend it! Thank you SILA staff!

    We booked as a group of friends on a holiday if but it’s really more suited to business people who were attending confrences or staying for business matters. Bit too far out of the hustle of Ho Chi Minh. Rooms comfortable except the bed and air con. Breakfast was next door but the food was average and the toaster took way too long and didnt cook properly.     Great place to spend a night when travelling!

    SILA Urban Living is my favourite place to stay when transiting through HCMC on business. The hotel is perfectly located - a few blocks from the city centre and on a quiet side-street, but within walking distance of numerous restaurants and cafes. I can recommend the breakfast buffet as it is well-balanced and good value (the soup of the day is always a treat!); the French dining options at the hotel are also enjoyable and good value. Internet is high-speed and rooms are generously sized to allow for writing emails and reports in comfort. There is also a lap pool, full-service gym, spa, and sauna. Amenities and rooms are well-maintained, and staff always willing to assist when needed. Depending on traffic, about 20min. from the airport and sooo much more enjoyable than any of the other places I've stayed in HCMC.
