The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request.     Fantastic staff. Wonderful experience. I truly enjoyed our 1 week stay. Sonaga Beach Resort & Villas, located in the heart of Phu Quoc Special Zone, is an amazing resort & Villas. A very closed to the Bai Truong Beach, King Kong mini market and Sun PhuQuoc airport. special thanks to Mr Viet Stefan who is so great guy and do the best thing to us

    Sonaga 5-star Beach Resort & Villas - PhuQuoc Island Vietnam.Fantastic staff. Wonderful experience. I truly enjoyed our 2 weeks stay. Sonaga Beach Resort & Villas, located in the heart of Phu Quoc Special Zone and Phuquoc airport , is an amazing resort. A very closed to the Duong Bao market, Kingkong Super market and beach club Sonaga.

    Having read some very negative reviews regarding the Sonaga I can only assume they took a wrong turn and stayed at a totally different hotel. Or is it just trendy in these days to slag everyone off and complain about everything?! Well, at the risk of being totally uncool, we found our stay at the Sonaga everything we wanted it to be. We enjoyed and indeed looked forward to breakfast, the pools and grounds were kept warm immaculately and staff were friendly and polite. There were some difficulties with the language but that may be down to my lack of Vietnamese as anything else. The hotel rooms were clean and showers fine. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the stay and would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone- we are seasoned travellers and know the difference.We would gladly stay here again and we’re sorry to be leaving today! Thank you for the hospitality!!

    Worst hotel visit in Vietnam

    Front reception staff always busy for guests maybe overworked. No welcome to hotel. Feels like they doing you a favour. Shower has no caddy to hold your soaps and shampoo. No body lotion in room. Breakfast spread and food average. Staff are not friendly.
