Location

This luxury resort in Vietnam is located away from the exposure of the urban life and is a preferred place to stay for the leisure traveller. Guests staying at this resort can easily access the major attractions of Vietnam, including Mui Ne, Hon Rom Canyon, Ca Ty River, White Lake, Ta Kou Mountain and others.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 74 double rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service offers guests additional comfort. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and golf are available. Water sports enthusiasts are offered windsurfing. The resort's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym, billiards and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

The resort includes a restaurant (with high chairs) and a bar. A variety of catering options can be booked. Guests can choose between half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    We spent a lovely relaxing 6 days at the resort. From check in to check out, everything was wonderful. We stayed in a beach front villas which I highly recommend. Lovely pools , great breakfast, friendly staff and excellent house keeping . The grounds are immaculate with lots of hammocks and lots of pool loungers around the pool and beach.The hotel provides a lovely breakfast which changes daily with very high quality options. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance or a short cheap Grab ride. Highly recommend Good morning Vietnam and Modva for eve night dinner options.You can’t go wrong with a stay at this beautiful hotel.     A fantastic resort. What impressed me most was the incredibly lovely and enthusiastic staff, from the receptionists and customer service representatives to the pool attendants, housekeeping staff, and restaurant staff. They greeted me upon arrival, smiled, and showed concern every time they met, and were incredibly warm when I left. If I raised any issues, they resolved them miraculously quickly. This is something truly special that I haven't seen at any other resort I've visited before. Regarding the facilities, I consider this a truly worthwhile place to stay. The rooms are still new, everything seems to be maintained daily. The sea-view and high-floor rooms are absolutely stunning, whether in the morning or afternoon. The space is very large, allowing you to sunbathe anywhere; the only drawback is a slightly limited number of chairs compared to the number of guests. I think they will definitely improve this in the near future. Breakfast was also worth mentioning – a hearty, varied, and incredibly delicious breakfast. The restaurant's atmosphere was also very peaceful; you could sit at a table in the corner and enjoy your breakfast while admiring the sea and the pool. No amount of praise could fully express my admiration. I will definitely return.     We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made everything smooth from start to finish. A special thank you to the manager, Miss Phuong, who went out of her way to ensure we had a fantastic holiday.The facilities were excellent—the sea was calm for most of our trip, and the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and had a few very relaxing massages.The area around the hotel is still developing but with the use of such apps as Grab we were able to order food, find taxis, and get things delivered to us.We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!
