    The hotel is close to the huge market in Saigon, there is a lot of traffic noise, exhaust gas from scooters and cars, very nice employees, good breakfast, but there are problems with the water on the upper floors, otherwise nice room, security lock on windows defective so be careful with children, there are apparently visits from tourists with easy ladies at this hotel, unfortunately the landlord is on a schedule and there is a bit of mystery with "do not disturb" is called "I'm busy" so you have to think about it, we will not come back here again, and then, the place is definitely not suitable for people with walking difficulties...

    Quality and comfort - the hotel looks nice from outside and the reception area is decent. However when you get to your room, it’s very small, the double bed is two twins pushed together, so the middle of the bed is extremely uncomfortable. Mattress is hard.The walls are very extremely thin, you can hear every single word from next door. It’s worst I’ve ever seen.Maintenance seems to happen every day here, constantly drilling from 8am.Cleanliness - the basics are clean but overall a dirty hotel. Not had a proper clean in years. The dust and overall cleanliness was very poor.Facilities - WIFI is extremely weak, I did plan to do some work here but don’t bother. Tv is old fashioned. Air conditioning is good and quiet.Staff - someone there to open the door when you walk in, not necessary in my opinion.Front desk were friendly upon check in, however they have been very rude, maybe because I’m foreigner.I asked to speak with the manager and they said the manager doesn’t want to speak with me.They refuse to listen to me and have no customer service skills. Upon trying to make my point, they said they would get security to throw me out.Convenience - if you have a guest coming round, don’t bother. Despite guests being allowed according to their policy, it is only allowed if you pay the hotel a surcharge.Location - you are next to everything, however as the windows are old fashioned, you hear all the noise from outside. So no sleeping until 2am and wake up with car honks at 7am.Security is tight, so you are considered to be safe.Overall terrible in my opinion, would avoid this hotel if you like sleeping.

    One of the worst hotels I've been to. The room is tiny, the smell from air conditioner is terrible. I tried to change the room, but they said they are fully booked and they are gonna fix the A/C smell. If you are wondering how you can fix it - just put an aroma diffuser in the room! The water pressure in the shower is very weak, but there is an amazing paradox, that even this small amount of water does not go down the drain, but stays in the shower the whole time you are washing. As if it wasn't enough - the door to the shower room is swollen due to the humidity and it is pretty hard to open it.If you have another option - don't go here.

    Wonderful, central spot, great fresh breakfast, free water bottles in rooms, clean, safe, great wifi (when it worked), very accommodating staff for leaving luggage overnight to go to Mekong Delta, concierge so lovely and obliging, receeption very sweet and understanding

    The staff was rude. I had reservation for Deluxe premium, but they were giving me normal Deluxe room. The room did not have a wardrobe and the wash basin was outside. Also lots of cockroach in room and in dining area where they serve breakfast. On change of room the staff was rude and said you are a cheater and abused me. Later on upgrade to suite they said first 200k dong per night but had to pay 400K per night. Would not recommend to go here. No manager has yet contacted me for an apologie.
