    Value for low Budget.

The site is away from market. But spacious and good lay out. Food and Drinks in Resturant are very cheap. Good for long stays. Though there may be some maintenance issue. Going to market will be 100 k doung by Call taxi. Hotel staff will help book.

    Would not recommend

I had a three night stay booked, but left after the first night. The resort is really far away from the main town, although I knew this when I booked, I didn’t realise quite how far. The rooms were very old, but decent size. The final nail in the coffin was coming down for breakfast to find there was none!! Because they only had 4 guests, they didn’t put on any breakfast!! All they offered was a bowl of pho, and an omelette, absolutely nothing else. When it came to check out I explained I would only be paying for the first night, the women on reception were very polite and apologetic. It is really poor though to advertise a breakfast and then just not do it because you don’t feel there are enough guests to warrant cooking food.

    Lack of communication

    rating26 Mar 2019

I say this with a heavy heart but we were utterly disappointed here. They contacted us to say they could not collect us from our current stay but said they would pay for the taxi (a good point for them) shame they didn’t let us know about the closures! The girls in reception were so kind and happy could not fault them, the room had all the windows open being aired.... massive problem there as we had an infestation of mosquitos in the room for our 3 night stay, their light/oils did not work and we had 2 plug ins but we spent the whole time swatting them. They need nets over the beds here, hubby had so many bites! Lots of ants in the kitchen but at the end of the day its the jungle so expected. The breakfast is catered for Chinese holiday makers so not impressed, this was the only time the restaurant was open!!! This was another bad point as we were not informed that the bar and restaurant were staying closed due to low numbers at the resort (if we had been informed we would have changed our booking) we had to get taxis to go out to eat costing us more (I have limited mobility so could not walk too far) There was a hotel about 7 mins walk away we were told about by another couple that was empty but serving food and drink (although a few people coming in by word of mouth they were open). Cannot remember the name but left at the end of the road, up on the right, ramp down to the restaurant. Fab food there. So why our resort could not do the same I do not know. Pool was okay but only 7 beds so if it was busy there would be a problem, the grounds were nice but noisy as they were doing works in the resort (not told about this either). So as you can read these issues are why it has such a low status from us. We did contact the hotel to try and let them resolve the issues before my reviews on here and booking.com, 10% off next stay I think now as I would not be going there again so no resolve there.

    Quiet relaxed

    rating14 Mar 2019

A nice garden style bungalzow complex, which is 100x better than stark high rises. Good restaurant and pool area. We were just 2 but it would be perfect for young families. The staff were extremely helpful. Scooters available at a reasonable price. Regular bikes are free. The only issue we had was that it really was just a bit too far from the nice beach, OngLang. We thought we would use the bikes but between highway then dirt/gravel/sand track, it was not really the best. You need transportation. But a beautiful relaxing place with a great staff.

    Avoid at all cost

Booked 4 nights. Stayed 3 hours. The whole place seemed run down and not maintainedThe Restaurant and pool bar were closed. They receptionist lied to us saying the restaurant and bar staff were off sick, but it seems there were no staff because it was not busy enough and had been sent home. We arrived at lunch time and were advised to get a taxi into town if we wanted lunch, dinner or a drink as no food or drink would be available that day. The fridge in the room contained nothing.Room generally seemed basic but ok with good WiFi but no mosquito net protection. Mosquitos seem a real problem there especially after 5 pm and there are lots of stagnant pools around which doesn’t help. The pillows smelt musty. The sign in the closed restaurant said the pool area was under maintenance. We asked the guys a few doors up what they thought of the place and they said the food was not good even when open and they had been eating in the town.So we were either expected to stay in our rooms in the evening or take a taxi somewhere else. The electricity is turned on by inserting the door entry card in a slot, but then turns off when you take your door entry card out as you leave. This means you can’t leave the air conditioning on whilst not there. You must then come back to a hot sticky room. Amazed anyone has given this place a good review and surprised booking.com list it. It doesn’t offer what they advertise and my advise is avoid. We did find a fantastic place a short taxi ride away for a similar price. Still waiting to see what we will be charged for our three hour stay.
