Big room and lovely place. The hotel did help us with good vegetarian breakfast. We had booked two rooms and they were placed poles apart , each at the end of the lobby. The pool was good. Thien Thanh Phu Quoc Resort, Chủ sở hữu at Thien Thanh Resort, responded to this review Dear Dr. Rahul Modi,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience at Thien Thanh Phu Quoc Resort. We are delighted to know that you and your family enjoyed your stay, especially our spacious rooms, swimming pool, and the vegetarian breakfast prepared for you. It is always our pleasure to accommodate our guests' dietary preferences and ensure everyone feels comfortable during their stay.At the same time, we sincerely apologize that the two rooms you booked were located far apart. We understand that families often prefer rooms close to one another for greater convenience, and we regret that we were unable to arrange this during your visit. Your feedback has been noted and will help us improve our room allocation process whenever possible.Thank you once again for your kind comments and valuable feedback. It was a pleasure having your family with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Thien Thanh Phu Quoc Resort for another memorable family holiday in the future.Warm regards,Thien Thanh Phu Quoc Resort

We have booked a suite room with sea view. Room was spacious and clean. There’s fruit platter provided everyday. Breakfast was ok. Location was great, walking distance to many eateries and mart. Our Stay at Thien Thanh

    rating18 Jun 2025

The location is fantastic with plenty of good eateries just outside the resort, making it convenient to grab a bite. The beach is lovely and very close by, which is perfect for those who enjoy a nice stroll or a swim. The pool, while not very large, is quite sufficient for a refreshing dip.The breakfast selection is impressive with a variety of options to choose from. However, I have to mention that I wasn't entirely pleased with my room as it lacked a balcony, which was a bit of a letdown for me. Having said that, it was big enough for myself, husband and teen son. One thing that stood out during my stay was the friendly and welcoming staff at the door who always took the time to say hello and chat with us. A special shout-out to Dien for his exceptional hospitality and warmth.Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Thien Thanh Resort. Thien Thanh Phu Quoc Resort, Chủ sở hữu at Thien Thanh Resort, responded to this review Dear Ms. Julie,Warmest greetings from Thien Thanh Phu Quoc Resort!Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. We are truly pleased to know that you and your family enjoyed our convenient location, beautiful beach, and the variety of breakfast options we offer. Your compliments on our welcoming team, especially the staff at the entrance, mean a lot to us — and we will be sure to pass your kind words along to Mr. Dien for his exceptional hospitality. We do, however, regret to hear that your room without a balcony did not fully meet your expectations. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, and should you choose to return, we would be happy to assist you with a room that better suits your preferences, subject to availability.Once again, thank you for your thoughtful review and for allowing us to be part of your family’s vacation. We look forward to welcoming you back to Thien Thanh Phu Quoc Resort in the future for an even more enjoyable stay.Warm regards,Thien Thanh Phu Quoc Resort

    Good experience

    rating16 Apr 2025

I highly recommend. The staff is great, the location, the food, the pool. Apparently they are in the middle of renovations, there was a lot of noise, so they upgraded us to a much better room. The mattress is a bit hard, but other than those two things everything gets a very high score. Thien Thanh Phu Quoc Resort, Chủ sở hữu at Thien Thanh Resort, responded to this review Dear Mr/Ms.Trip54541200653,Thank you for choosing Thien Thanh Phu Quoc Resort and for taking the time to share your experience with us.We are truly pleased to hear that your overall stay was a positive one and that you found satisfaction in our convenient location, culinary offerings, swimming pool, and especially our team’s hospitality. Your kind words are a great source of motivation for all of us as we strive to provide warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the renovation work during your visit. As part of our commitment to continuously enhance the guest experience, we are currently undergoing scheduled improvements to our facilities. We deeply appreciate your understanding, and we are glad that we could offer an upgraded room as a gesture of goodwill to help ensure your comfort.Your comment regarding the mattress firmness has also been well noted. We understand that sleep comfort can be quite personal, and your feedback will be shared with our housekeeping and room amenities team as we review ways to better accommodate a wider range of guest preferences.Once again, thank you for your thoughtful feedback and recommendation. It was our pleasure to have you with us, and we hope to welcome you back to a more serene and refined experience in the near future — where every detail is crafted for your comfort.Warmest regards,Thien Thanh Phu Quoc Resort
