This resort is located on Phu Quoc, right on the beach.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Some rooms include a balcony. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. Extra beds can be requested. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    We toured this facility to see if it was a good option. I see the reviews are dated....they are not accurate. The place was not well maintained the garden grounds very ill maintained dead leaves all over. The room was dismal for the 1,000,000 VND quote and noticed on Booking the asking price was almost half that. The air conditioner and fire alarm system seemed new. Allot of lumber on the grounds and weird vibe. Great location by the beach but we passed on the stay lucky we did not count on the dated reviews here. It's worth perhaps $30 a night tops..

    I was stay there 4nights 5days, such a nice experiences and wonderful moments. Location was OK, not crowded the same as I expected. Just 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast OK for us (they serve a la carte). Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially Mrs. Yen, such a friendly person and helping me and my brother since the beginning until the end of my trip. Furthermore, she can find the private speedboat for my group to do snorkeling and fishing for full day with reasonable price. I’ve brought the fish that I caught for cooking which is coordinated by Mrs. Yen. Really amazing.I’d like to recommend this place if someone need to relax, quiet, peaceful and enjoy the nature. However, don’t worry if you need anything, just go to discuss with Mrs. Yen, she will find the best solution for you.

    Great location near the beach and some nice restaurants nearby.Nice clean rooms and super helpful staff with laundry services offered.Comfortable beds and no noise at night.Well equipped rooms with modern tv and other facilities.On-site pool gym and spa.

    I had a wonderful stay at this small family hotel. Very nice room with lovely view from both the bedroom and bathroom over the pool. Yen, delightful lady with the biggest smile, behind reception and everywhere else really, couldn’t do too much. The time of year meant torrential downpours of rain so she took me on her scooter shopping for food, sourced a nearby nail salon and drove me there and back. Yen suggested good local seafood restaurants, organised reasonably priced taxis, filled in my Bluezone health declaration form prior to departure for the airport. There was only myself and one other guest there! We were served mango and banana pancakes and coffee for breakfast. The beach is only four minutes walk away. Would recommend this hotel as an incredibly inexpensive option, about £8 for B and B for two in the room, but I was just one, for those wishing to eschew touristy destinations and embrace a remote setting.

    Good location with shops restaurants and beach. Breakfast was good. Be very careful with zen trying to get extra money out of you any way they can. On 3 occasions tried charging for housekeeping saying they could not get open marks off from my daughter when in fact I got them to give me the sheets and got it off easily.Charged me more for my room than booking.com even though she said that was thee best price as dealt with them direct and also don't but excursion tickets off them either as even though they again said it's the cheapest it was actually alot more expensive.I did not like how easily they lied and cheated to get more money so just be careful there.
